Description
Claims (11)
- 절단면(P)을 따라 대퇴골경(5)의 헤드(두상 돌기)(8)를 절제한 후에, 인체 대퇴골(9)의 대퇴골경(5)을 통해 종방향 보어(4)를 천공할 때 드릴 공구(24)를 안내하는 드릴 안내 기구에 있어서,기부 부재(21)가 구비되고 이 기부 부재(21)에 대하여 드릴축(B-B)을 따라 드릴 공구(24)를 안내하도록 설치되며, 상기 기부 부재(21)는 절단면(P)을 형성하는 대퇴골경(5)의 절단 단부면(11)에 대해 부착되도록 만들어져 절단면(P)에 대하여 드릴축(B-B)을 소정대로 배향하도록 된 드릴 안내 부재(20)와,드릴 안내 부재(20)로부터 연장되고 적어도 2개의 외주 둘레로 이격된 접촉 지점(30)에서 대퇴골경(5)의 최협소부(13)의 외주와 접촉하여 드릴축(B-B)을 대퇴골경(5)의 상기 최협소부(13)의 외주로부터 최소 거리에 위치시키도록 된 위치 결정 부재(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치 결정 부재(22)는 상기 최소 거리의 여러 치수에 상응하여 다른 위치 결정 부재(22)로 교체 가능하도록 기구에 분리 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 드릴 안내 부재(20)에는 드릴축(B-B)을 따라 드릴 공구(24)를 수용하고 안내하기 위한 안내 채널(23)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 위치 결정 부재(22)는 절단면(P)을 가로질러 기부 부재(21)에 대해 변위 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 드릴 안내 부재(20)는 안내 채널(23)을 형성하는 내측 원통면과 위치 결정 부재(22)의 연결 슬리브(28)가 변위될 수 있게 하는 외측 원통면을 갖고 일 단부(26)가 기부 부재(21)와 연결된 관형 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 위치 결정 부재(22)는 드릴축(B-B)을 중심으로 회전 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기부 부재(21)는 적어도 절단면(P)을 형성하는 대퇴골경(5)의 절단 단부면(11)의 대부분을 덮기에 충분한 크기의 평면 맞닿음면(25)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 드릴축(B-B)은 기부 부재(21)에 대하여 수직으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 대퇴골경(5)에 대하여 기부 부재(21)를 고정시키는 고정 수단(33, 37)을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제9항에 있어서, 고정 수단(33, 37)은 절단면(P)에 대해 횡방향으로 선회하여 대퇴골경(5)의 외측 외주에 대해 클램프 고정되도록 기부 부재(21)에 힌지 연결된 적어도 2개의 조오(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
- 제10항에 있어서, 조오(33)는 대퇴골경(5)에 대해 클램프 고정된 때 조오가 대퇴골경(5)의 절단 단부면(11)에 대해 기부 부재(21)를 가압하도록 기부 부재(21)에 힌지 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 안내 기구.
