Claims (5)
- 피치아 시페리(Pichia ciferrii) 유래의 세린 팔미토일 트랜스퍼라제(serine palmitoyl transferase)를 코딩하는, 서열 1에 기재된 LCB2 유전자.
- 피치아 시페리 유래의 리보좀 DNA, 항생제 시클로헥시미드(cycloheximide)에 대해 저항성을 갖는 CYHr유전자, 및 제 1항에 기재된 LCB2 유전자로 구성되며; 제 3도에 기재된 제한효소지도를 갖는 플라스미드 prACL2(KCTC-0468BP).
- 제 2항에 있어서, 피치아 시페리 유래의 리보좀 DNA는 HindⅢ/EcoRⅤ으로 절단하여 얻어지는 0.6kb 크기를 포함하는 비전사부위를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드 prACL2.
- 제 2항에 기재된 플라스미드 prACL2로 형질전환된 피치아 시페리.
- 제 4항에 기재된 형질전환체 피치아 시페리를 배양하여, 배양액으로부터 테트라아세틸 피토스핑고신(tetraacetyl phytosphingosine)을 추출함을 특징으로 하는 테트라아세틸 피토스핑고신의 생산방법.
