Claims (6)
- 소입, 소려 및 용접후 열처리 공정으로 이루어지는 C 0.25%이하, Mn 1.2~1.5%, Si 0.15~0.4%, P 0.015% 이하, S 0.015% 이하, Ni 0.4~1.0%, Cr 0.25% 이하, Mo 0.45~0.6%, Al 0.04% 이하, Cu 0.06% 이하, V 0.03%이하, 잔부 Fe로 구성되는 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법에 있어서, 소입처리와 소려처리 중간에 680℃~750℃에서 1 내지 8시간동안 2상영역 열처리 공정을 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고인성 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법.
- 소입, 소려 및 용접후 열처리 공정으로 이루어지는 C 0.25%이하, Mn 1.2~1.5%, Si 0.15~0.4%, P 0.015% 이하, S 0.015% 이하, Ni 0.4~1.0%, Cr 0.25% 이하, Mo 0.45~0.6%, Al 0.04% 이하, Cu 0.06% 이하, V 0.03%이하, 잔부 Fe로 구성되는 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법에 있어서, 소입처리와 소려처리 중간에 680℃~750℃에서 1 내지 8시간동안 2상영역 열처리 공정을 추가하고, 2상영역 열처리후 소려 공정을 635℃보다 낮은 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고인성 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2상영역 열처리 공정은 페라이트상과 오스테나이트상의 2상이 공존하는 영역에서 유지한 후 냉각하여 5 내지 40%의 마르텐사이트상을 분산시키는 열처리 과정인 것을 특징으로 하는 고인성 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2상영역 열처리는 680 내지 690℃에서 2시간이상 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고인성 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 700 내지 740℃에서 2상영역 열처리 공정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고인성 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 2상영역 열처리후 소려 공정을 용접후 열처리 온도인 620℃ 미만의 온도보다 높고 635℃보다 낮은 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고인성 SA508 Gr. 3 강의 제조방법.
