Claims (2)
- 벨트 프레스(2)를 경유하여 나온 탈수 슬러지(12)를 건조하는 슬러지 건조기(22)와; 상기 슬러지 건조기(22)에서 나온 슬러지를 스프레다(28)를 이용하여 그 내측으로 이동시켜 소각을 하는 유동상 소각로와; 그 일측이 압입 송풍기(52)에 연결되고, 타측이 유동상 소각로(30)에 연결되어 소정량의 공기를 유동상 소각로(30)에 공급하는 공기 예열기(50)와; 상기 공기예열기(50)에 연결되고, 그 내부에서 나온 스팀을 슬러지 건조기(22)로 보낼수 있게 구성된 폐열회수 보일러(70)와; 상기 폐열회수 보일러(70)에 연결되며, 분말의 중화제(74)를 이용하는 반응기(79) 및 백휠터(80)와; 상기 백휠터(80)로부터 나온 가스를 유인 송풍기(84)에 의해 외부로 배출하게 되는 연돌(90)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 에너지 절약형 유동층 슬러지 소각시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동상 소각로(30)는 그 일측에 슬러지가 투입하기 위한 슬러지 투입부(31)와, 그 타측에 설치되며, 그 내부로 유입되어 저장되는 슬러지를 소각하기 위한 버너(34)와, 그 상부 일측에 설치되며, 연소가스를 배출하기 위한 연소가스 배출부(39)와, 그 하부 일측에 설치되며, 불연물을 배출하기 위한 불연물 배출부(38)와, 그 내부에 설치되는 복수개의 파이프(32)와, 상기 파이프(32)의 외주에 소정의 간격을 두고 설치되는 노즐(33)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 절약형 유동층 슬러지 소각시스템.
