Claims (7)
- 입력전압이 스위칭되는 스위칭부; 상기 스위칭부에서 스위칭된 상기 입력전압을 입력측 권선에서 출력측 권선으로 유기시키는 변압기; 상기 변압기에서의 출력이 정류되고 평활되는 정류평활부, 상기 정류평활부의 출력단에 구비되는 감지저항으로 구성되는 출력부; 상기 출력부 감지저항의 양단 전압이 비교되어 증폭되는 증폭부; 상기 증폭부의 출력이 소정전위 이상되어야 스위칭되는 임계전압부; 및 상기 임계전압부의 출력에 의하여 상기 스위칭부가 제어되는 제어부로 구성되어서 단시간 동안의 과전류에 의한 회로보호기능이 상기 과전류의 정상회복에 의하여 복귀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증폭부는 출력부 감지저항의 일단에서 제 1 저항과 제 2 저항에 의하여 분배된 전압이 반전입력단에 입력되고, 상기 출력부 감지저항의 타단에서 제 3 저항을 통하여 비반전입력단에 입력되며, 상기 비반전입력단은 제 4 저항에 의하여 출력에 연결되고, 상기 출력에 커패시턴스가 병렬로 연결되는 증폭소자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 임계전압부는 상기 증폭부의 출력에 캐소우드가 연결되는 제너다이오드; 및 상기 제너다이오드의 애노드 출력에 애노드가 연결되고, 제 5 저항이 병렬로 연결되는 다이오드로 구성되어서 상기 다이오드의 캐소우드 출력에 의하여 제어부가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 증폭부의 증폭소자는 오피암프인 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 임계전압부 제너다이오드는 약 5.1볼트 정격으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 증폭부 커패시턴스는 약 2.2마이크로 파랏의 정격으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 증폭부 증폭소자와 상기 증폭소자의 출력과 입력사이에 연결된 제 4 저항에 의하여 과전류 한계특성이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 과전류 보호회로.
