Claims (4)
- PWM 제어방석의 전원회로에 있어서, 전원회로의 출력단에 흐르는 과전류를 전압으로 검출하고 이를 기준전압과 비교하여 과전류 흐름시 발생되는 에러전압을 피드백시키는 단락검출수단과, 상기 단락검출수단에서 피드백된 에러전압을 기준전압과 비교하여 스위칭 트랜스를 구동시키는 PWM 펄스의 듀티를 변화시켜 출력전압을 조절하는 전압 조절수단과, 상기 전압조절수단의 출력에 의하여 구동되는 스위칭트랜스에 흐르는 전류를 전압으로 검출하고 이를 기준전압과 비교하여 상기 전압 조절수단의 구동을 선택하는 출력선택수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 단락 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단락 검출수단은 출력전원(V0)라인에 연결되어 전류를 전압으로 검출하는 저항(R7)(R8)과, 상기 저항(R7)(R8)에 의해 검출된 전압을 기준전압(Vref)과 비교하여 에러전압을 출력시키는 션트레귤레이터(IC2)와, 상기 션트레귤레이터(IC2)의 에러전압을 1차측으로 피드백시키는 포토커플러(IC1)로 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 단락 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전압 조절수단은 상기 포토커플러(IC1)에서 피드백된 에러전압과 기준전압(Vref)을 비교하여 주파수발생장치(10)에서 인가된 펄스의 듀티비를 변환시키는 비교기(CP1)와, 상기 비교기(CP1)의 펄스로 스위칭트랜스(T)의 구동을 제어하는 스위칭트랜지스터(Q2)를 구동시키는 구동부(20)로 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 단락 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출력 선택수단은 스위칭트랜지스터(Q2)를 통하여 흐르는 전류를 전압으로 검출하는 저항(R5)(R6)과, 상기 저항(R5)(R6)에 의해 검출된 전압을 기준전압(Vref)과 비교하는 비교기(CP2)와, 상기 비교기(CP2)의 출력에 의해 구동되고 전압 조절수단에 인가되는 전원공급을 차단시키는 트랜지스터(Q1)로 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 단락 보호회로.
