Claims (5)
- 각각의 연속적인 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118)는 두 개의 금속박판(62,63),(82,83)(102,103)과 프리프렉(prepreg) 밴드(73-75),(93-95),(113-115)로 이루어지고, 상기 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118)가 냉간 프레스에 공급되어 상기 금속박판과 연결되는 전류에 의해 흡열성가열을 발생시키며 플라스틱 박판제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 최소 하나 또는 그 이상의 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118)가 주기적으로 공급기(51-53)의 릴(60,61,70-72)에서 풀리면서 다층으로 적층되는 상태로 프레스(11)에 공급되고, 프레스(11)에 의한 압력과, 상기 전기적인 열이 가해져 플라스틱박판 제품을 찍어내고, 압착단계가 끝나면 프레스(11) 내의 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118)가 플라스틱 박판제품으로 변형상태로 프레스길이 만큼 전진하고, 연속적으로 다음부분의 다중-성분밴드가 상기 프레스(11) 안으로 공급되어 플라스틱 박판제품을 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프리프렉 밴드(73-75)(93-95)(113-115)의 폭이 금속박판(63,63)(82,83)(102,103)의 폭보다 좁아서, 상기 금속박판이 상기 프리프렉(prepreg)밴드의 양 측면에서 더 길게 돌출되도록 하고, 프레스(11)안에서 다층으로 적층되는 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118) 사이에 중간절연판(120,130,140)이 설치되고, 상기 중간절연판(120,130,140)의 일측단에 상,하로 돌출되는 ㄷ-형 단면의 전기 전도성 금속부재(121,131,141)를 구비하되, 상기 금속부재는 각각의 중간절연판 좌, 우측 가장자리에 교번 설치되어, 프레스(11)가 가압할 때 각 다중-성분 밴드의 상,하부 금속박판을 상호 대향측 절곡하여 접촉되게 하고, 동시에 각각 금속박판들(62,63)(82,83)(102,103)이 전기적인 연결이 이루어지도록 하되, 각 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118)의 금속박판들(62,63)(82,83)(102,103)은 병렬연결이, 그리고 각각의 다중-성분 밴드를 구성하는 상하금속박판들(62,63)(82,83)(102,103)은 지그재그 형식으로 직렬연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱박판제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다층으로 놓여진 다중-성분 밴드(78,98,118)에 주기적으로 압력을 가하는 프레스(11)의 하부판(27)과 상부판(30)에 구비된 구리로 이루어진 두 개의 접촉스트립이 절연판에 의해 프레스(11)의 다른 부분과는 격리되고, 전원(46)의 양극에 연결되어, 프레스(11)가 가압하면, 각 프리프렉(prepreg)밴드(73-75)(93-95)(113-115)의 상, 하부 금속박판들(62,63)(82,83)(102,103)과 상기 전원(46) 사이에 전기적인 연결이 이루어져서, 흡열성(endorthermic) 가열과 압착공정을 동시에 자동적으로 시작함을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱박판제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프레스(11)의 상부판(30)과 하부판(27)에 설치되는 접촉스트립(40,42)은 ㄷ-형 단면의 금속부재(121,131,141)와 동일 높이로 각각의 판(27,30) 표면에서 돌출되며, 상기 접촉스트립은 전도체(41,43-35)에 의해 전원(46)에 연결되고, 상기 금속부재와 접촉 스트립(40,42)은 상호 대향측에 위치하여 프레스(11)가 가압함에 따라 다중-성분 밴드의 상호 대향측 금속박판의 가장자리가 절곡되어 접촉하며, 각각 금속박판들(pair)(62,63)(82,83)(102,103)과 전원(46) 사이가 자동적으로 연결이 되어 흡열성 가열과 압착과정이 동시에 자동적으로 시작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱박판제품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, ㄷ-형 단면의 금속부재들(121,131,141)이 중간절연판(120,130,140)의 가장자리에 부착될 때 그 사이에 ㄷ-모양의 고무를 끼워서, 프레스(11)가 가압할 때 각 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118)의 금속박판쌍(62,63)(82,83)(102,103)의 가장자리들이 밀착되게 하여 프레스(11)를 통과하는 다중-성분밴드(78,98,118)의 모든 금속박판쌍들(62,63)(82,83)(102,103) 사이의 전기적 연속성이 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱박판제품의 제조방법.
