Claims (8)
- I) 정전기 소산성 작용제로서, a) 평균 분자량이 200 내지 10,000이고 11개 내지 115개의 에틸렌 에테르 반복 단위를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜,b) 4,4'-메틸렌-비스(페닐 이소시아네이트) 및c) 탄소 원자 2 내지 6개의 비에테르계 글리콜을 포함하며 1차 알코올기만을 함유하는 지방족 글리콜 연장제의 반응 생성물, 및II) 유리 비이드, 유리구, 폴리염화비닐로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 정전기 소산성 작용 상승제를 포함하는 정전기 소산성 중합체 조성물에 있어서, 조성물이 기재 중합체와 배합되고, 기재 중합체가 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리올레핀, 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리아세탈 및 스티렌 중합체, 및 이들의 배합물 또는 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 중합체이나, 정전기 소산성 작용제와 기재 중합체는 동일하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상승제가 폴리우레탄 정전기 소산성 작용제와 기재 중합체 100 중량부 당 1 내지 60 중량부로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- (Ⅰ) (A) 2개의 반응성 부분을 가지고 평균 분자량이 200 내지 10,000이며, 하기 일반식의 공중합가능한 고리형 에테르 단량체를 2개 이상 중합시킨 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체인 저분자량 폴리에테르 올리고머(상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬, 알케닐, 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐, 아릴, 아릴알킬 또는 알키에닐이고, 치환기는 OR6, SR6, CN, COOR6또는 할로겐이며, R6는 수소, 알키에닐, 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐, 아릴, 아릴알킬, 알케닐 또는 카르복실이고, n은 0, 1, 2 또는 4이다);(B) 저분자량 폴리에테르 각 몰당 0 내지 35몰의 디올 또는 트리올; 및(C) 저분자량 폴리에테르 올리고머의 몰수와 디올 또는 트리올의 몰수를 합한 몰당 0.95 내지 1.06몰의 디이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물인, 3차 아민 또는 암모늄 치환기를 함유하지 않는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 정전기 소산제 3 내지 100 중량부;(Ⅱ) 1종 이상의 기재 중합체 100 중량부; 및(Ⅲ) 폴리염화비닐과 유리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 정전기 소산성 상승 작용제를 포함하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상승제가 정전기 소산성 작용제 100 중량부당 5 내지 40 중량부의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상승제가 유리구 또는 유리 비이드임을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 기재 중합체가 폴리염화비닐; 염소화 폴리염화비닐; 스티렌과 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체; 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴 및 디엔고무의 터폴리머; 스티렌과 아크릴레이트 엘라스토머 개질된 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체; 스티렌과 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 단량체 고무 개질된 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체; 폴리스티렌과 고무 개질된 충격 폴리스티렌의 공중합체; 나일론; 폴리카보네이트; 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리에테르-에스테르 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀; 폴리우레탄; 열가소성 폴리우레탄; 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드; 폴리아세탈; 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트; 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 기재 중합체가 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리올레핀 및 스티렌 중합체, 및 이들의 배합물과 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- (A) 폴리에테르 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 정전기 소산성 작용제 3 내지 100 중량부 ;(B) 스티렌의 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리아미드 중합체, 폴리카보네이트 중합체, 폴리에스테르 중합체, 폴리올레핀 중합체, 폴리우레탄 중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 기재 중합체 100 중량부; 및(C) 유리 비이드, 유리구 및 폴리염화비닐로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 정전기 소산성 상승 작용제를 포함하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
