Description
Claims (9)
- (a) 평균 분자량이 200 내지 10,000이고 11개 내지 115개의 에틸렌 에테르 반복 단위를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜; (b) 방향족 또는 고리형 지방족 디이소시아네이트인 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트; 및 (c) 탄소 원자 2 내지 6개의 비에테르계 글리콜을 포함하며 1차 알콜올기만을 함유하는 지방족 글리콜 연장제의 반응 생성물을 정전기 소산성 작용제로서 포함하는 정전기 소산성 중합체 조성물에 있어서, 조성물이 기재 중합체와 배합되고, 기재 중합체가 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리올레핀, 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리아세탈 및 스티렌 중합체, 및 이들의 배합물 또는 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 중합체이나, 정전기 소산성 작용제와 기재 중합체는 동일하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리콜 연장제가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 각 몰당 0 내지 35몰의 양으로 존재하고, 디이소시아네이트를 폴리에틸렌 글리콜과 디이소시아네이트의 몰수를 합한 몰당 0.95 내지 1.06몰로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-메틸렌-비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)임을 특징으로 하는 정전기 소산성 조성물.
- (a) 입체 장애를 받지 않은 디이소시아네이트 및 지방족 글리콜 연장제와 반응하여 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는, 평균 분자량 500 내지 5,000의 히드록시 말단화 에틸렌 에테르 올리고머의 반응 생성물로서, 올리고머 중간체가 4 내지 250개의 에틸렌 에테르 반복 단위로 구성되는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이고, 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트가 방향족 또는 시클로방향족 디이소시아네이트이고, 글리콜 연장제가 탄소 원자가 2 내지 6개이고 1차 알코올만을 함유하는 지방족 비에테르계 글리콜이고, 열가소성 폴리우레탄은 기재 중합체와 3차 아민 또는 암모니아기를 함유하지 않는 반응 생성물; 및 (b) 폴리아미드를 포함하는 기재 중합체를 포함하는, 기재 중합체와 폴리우레탄 정전기 소산제의 배합물을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- (a) 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트 및 지방족 글리콜 연장제와 반응하여 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 평균 분자량 200 내지 10,000의 히드록시 말단화된 에틸렌 에테르 올리고머의 반응 생성물로서, 올리고머 중간체가 4 내지 250개의 에틸렌 에테르 반복 단위로 구성되는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이고, 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트가 방향족 또는 시클로방향족 디이소시아네이트이고, 글리콜 연장제가 탄소 원자가 2 내지 6개이고 1차 알코올만을 함유하는 지방족 비에테르계 글리콜이고, 열가소성 폴리우레탄은 기재 중합체와 3차 아민 또는 암모니아기를 함유하지 않는 반응 생성물; 및 (b) 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 기재 중합체를 포함하나, 정전기 소산성 작용제와 폴리우레탄은 상이한 폴리우레탄인, 기재 중합체와 폴리우레탄 정전기 소산제의 배합물을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- (a) 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트 및 지방족 연장제 글리콜과 반응하여 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 평균 분자량 200 내지 10,000의 히드록시 말단화된 에틸렌 에테르 올리고머의 반응 생성물로서, 올리고머 중간체가 4 내지 250개의 에틸렌 에테르 반복 단위로 구성되는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이고, 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트가 방향족 또는 시클로방향족 디이소시아네이트이고, 글리콜 연장제가 탄소 원자가 2 내지 6개이고 1차 알코올만을 함유하는 지방족 비-에테르성 글리콜이고, 열가소성 폴리우레탄은 기재 중합체와 3차 아민 또는 암모니아기를 함유하지 않는 반응 생성물; 및 (b) 폴리카보네이트를 포함하는 기재 중합체를 포함하는, 기재 중합체와 폴리우레탄 정전기 소산제의 배합물을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물.

- (a) 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트 및 지방족 글리콜 연장제와 반응하여 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 평균 분자량 200 내지 10,000의 히드록시 말단화된 에틸렌 에테르 올리고머의 반응 생성물로서, 올리고머 중간체가 4 내지 250개의 에틸렌 에테르 반복 단위로 구성되는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이고, 입체 장애를 받지 않는 디이소시아네이트가 방향족 또는 시클로방향족 디이소시아네이트이고, 글리콜 연장제가 탄소 원자가 2 내지 6개이고 1차 알코올만을 함유하는 지방족 비-에테르성 글리콜이고, 열가소성 폴리우레탄은 기재 중합체와 3차 아민 또는 암모니아기를 함유하지 않는 반응 생성물; 및 (b) 스티렌 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리아미드 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리우레탄 중합체 또는 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 기재 중합체를 포함하는, 기재 중합체와 폴리우레탄 정전기 소산제의 배합물을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 포함하는 성형품.
