Description
Claims (21)
- H2/CO 미정제 기체 혼합물이 압력 순환 흡착법에 의해 처리되어 고순도 수소 생성물 흐름을 생성시키면서, 압력순환 흡착 과정 동안 재생된 CO 농후 기체가 압축되고, 냉각되고, 부분적으로 응축되고, 상분리기에 전달되어, 기체상 H2농후 분획과 액체 CO 농후 분획으로 분리된 후, 기체상 H2농후 분획이 가열되고 H2/CO 미정제 기체 혼합물과 혼합된 후, H2/CO 미정제 기체 혼합물이 압력 순환 흡착단에 공급되는, 압력 순환 흡착 및 1-단 부분 응축에 의해 메탄을 함유하며 매우 건조하고 CO2를 함유하지 않는 H2/CO 미정제 기체 혼합물을 분리하여 고순도 수소 및 고순도 일산화탄소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상분리기로부터의 액체 CO 농후 분획은 부분적으로 팽창되고, 가열되어, 상부, 중간 및 하부 영역을 갖는 이중 증류관의 하부 영역에 전달되어, 액체 메탄 분획은 증류관의 바닥으로부터 배출되고, 액체 고순도 일산화탄소 생성물 분획이 증류관의 중간 영역으로부터 배출되고, 기체상 CO 농후 분획은 증류관의 상부로부터 배출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상분리기로부터의 액체 CO 농후 분획의 일부가 가열되어, 압력 순환 흡착법으로부터의 CO 농후 기체에 도입된 후, CO 농후 기체가 압축됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상 분리기로부터의 액체 CO 농후 분획의 일부가 이중 증류관의 상부 영역으로부터의 CO 농후 분획과의 열교환으로 팽창되고, 가열되어, 압력 순환 흡착법으로부터의 CO 농후 기체에 도입된 후, CO 농후 기체가 압축됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이중 증류관의 상부에서 배출되는 기체상 CO 농후 분획이 팽창되고, 가열되어, 압력 순환 흡착법으로부터의 CO 농후 기체에 도입된 후, CO 농후 기체가 압축됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상분리기로부터의 액체 CO 농후 분획의 일부가 팽창되고, 중간 환류로서 이중 증류관의 하부 영역에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이중 증류관의 중간 영역으로부터 배출되는 일산화탄소 생성물 분획이 팽창되어, 제 2 상분리기에 도입되고, 기체상 CO 농후 분획이 상기 제 2 상분리기의 상부로부터 배출되고, 액체 고순도 일산화탄소 생성물 분획이 상기 제 2 상분리기의 바닥으로부터 배출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제 2 상분리기의 바닥으로부터 배출되는 일산화탄소 생성물 분획이 이중 증류관의 상부 영역으로부터 배출되는 CO 농후 분획과의 열교환으로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제 2 상분리기의 상부에 배출되는 기체상 CO 농후 분획이 팽창되고, 가열되어, 압력 순환 흡착법으로부터의 CO 농후 기체에 도입된 후, CO 농후 기체가 압축됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이중 증류관의 상부 영역으로부터의 CO 농후 분획이 열교환으로 냉각된 후, 환류로서 이의 배출 지점 위에서 이중 증류관에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이중 증류관 상부 영역으로부터의 CO 농후 분획이 열교환으로 냉각된 후, 환류로서 이의 배출점 위에서 이중 증류관에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고순도 수소 생성물이 99.8% 이상의 H2를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고순도 일산화탄소 생성물이 98% 이상의 CO를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 10 내지 60 몰%의 CO, 30 내지 80 몰%의 H2및 2 내지 10몰%의 CH4를 포함하는 공급 흐름이 상부, 중간 및 하부 영역을 갖는 이중 증류관의 하부 영역에 공급되어, 액체 메탄 분획이 증류관의 바닥으로 부터 배출되며, 액체 고순도 일산화탄소 생성물 분획이 증류관의 중간 영역으로부터 배출되고, 기체상 CO 농후 분획이 증류관의 상부로부터 배출되는 것을 포함하여, 고순도 수소 및 고순도 일산화탄소를 생성시키는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이중 증류관의 상부에서 배출되는 기체상 CO 농후 분획이 팽창되고, 가열되고, 재순환되어 분획의 일부가 공급 흐름의 일부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 공급 흐름과 동일한 몰%의 조성을 갖는 중간 환류흐름이 중간 환류로서 이중 증류관의 하부 영역에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이중 증류관의 중간 영역으로부터 배출되는 일산화탄소 생성물 분획이 팽창되고, 상분리기에 도입되어, 기체상 CO 농후 분획이 상기 상분리기의 상부로부터 배출되고, 액체 고순도 이산화탄소 생성물 분획이 상기 상분리기의 바닥으로부터 배출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상분리기의 바닥으로부터 배출되는 일산화탄소 생성물 분획이 이중 증류관의 상부 영역으로부터 배출되는 CO 농후 분획과의 열교환으로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상분리기의 상부에서 배출되는 기체상 CO 농후 분획이 팽창되고, 가열되고, 재순환되어 분획의 일부가 공급 흐름의 일부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이중 증류관의 상부영역으로부터의 CO 농후 분획이 배출되고, 열교환에 의해 냉각되어, 환류로서 배출 지점 위에서 이중 증류관에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 고순도 수소 생성물이 99.8몰% 이상의 H2를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 고순도 일산화탄소 생성물이 98몰% 이상의 CO를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
