Claims (14)
- 바인더 피치를 생성하는 중에 천연 콜타르에서 증가된 피치 수득율을 얻는 방법에 있어서, 타르산에 대해 1:2 이상의 몰비로 포름알데히드와 반응시켜 약 1 내지 약 5 wt % 타르산을 가지는 천연 콜타르를 처리하는 단계와, 증류가 완료된 뒤에 약 110℃ 내지 120℃의 연화점을 가지는 콜타르 바인더 피치를 생성하도록 상기 처리된 콜타르 물질을 증류시키는 단계와, 상기 포름알데히드와의 반응에 의한 처리를 행하지 않고 얻은 것에 비해 증가된 수득율로 콜타르 바인더 피치를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜타르로부터 피치 수득율을 증가시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르 물질은 약 40℃ 이상의 온도에서 한 시간 이상동안 포름알데히드로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 콜타르로부터 증가된 피치 수득율을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르 물질은 타르산 함유향에 대해 약 1:1 이상의 몰비로 포름알데히드로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 콜타르로부터 증가된 피치 수득율을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르는 상기 천연 콜타르 물질과의 포름알데히드 반응을 촉진시키기 위하여 교반되면서 약 2시간 이상 동안 포름알데히드로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 콜타르로부터 증가된 피치 수득율을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르 물질은 약 50℃ 내지 180℃ 범위의 온도에서 포름알데히드로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 콜타르로부터 증가된 피치 수득율을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 콜타르 물질과 포름알데히드를 제1탱크 내에서 혼합 가열하는 단계와, 상기 혼합물을 증류기로 이송시키는 단계와, 피치 잔류물을 상기 증류기 내에 남겨 놓도록 상기 혼합물을 증류시키는 단계와, 상기 피치를 회수하도록 상기 증류기에 송풍하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 콜타르로부터 증가된 피치 수득율을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 콜타르 물질은 천연 콜타르 또는 천연 콜타르와 콜타르 증류 분류의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 콜타르로부터 증가된 피치 수득율을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 타르산에 대해 1:2 이상의 몰비로 포름알데히드와 반응시킴으로써 약 1 내지 약 5 wt %의 타르산 함유량을 가지는 천연 콜타르 물질을 처리하는 단계와, 증류 후에 약 110℃ 내지 120℃의 연화점을 가지는 콜타르 점착재 피치층을 생성하도록 상기 처리된 콜타르 물질을 증류시키는 단계와, 상기 포름알데히드와의 반응에 의한 처리없이 얻어진 것에 비해 증가된 수득율의 상기 콜타르 바인더 피치를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜트르 피치 생성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르 물질은 약 40℃ 이상의 온도에서 약 1시간 이상동안 포름알데히드로 반응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜타르 피치 생성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르 물질은 타르산 함유량에 대해 약 1:1 이상의 몰비로 포름알데히드로 전처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜타르 피치 생성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르는 상기 천연 콜타르 물질과의 포름알데히드 반응을 촉진시키기 위하여 교반되면서 약 2시간 이상 동안 포름알데히드로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜타르 피치 생성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르 물질은 약 50℃ 내지 180℃ 범위의 온도에서 포름알데히드로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜타르 피치 생성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 증류에 앞서, 상기 콜타르 물질은 타르산 함유량에 대해 약 1 내지 4:2의 몰비로 포름알데히드로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 콜타르로부터 증가된 피치수득율을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 콜타르 바인더 피치를 생성하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 약 1 내지 약 5 wt % 타르산 함유량을 가지는 천연 콜타르를 선택하는 단계와; 상기 천연 콜타르를 상기 콜타르의 타르산 함유량에 대해 약 1:2 이상의 몰비로 포름알데히드와 반응시켜 처리하는 단계와; 상기 처리 단계 동안 상기 천연 콜타르를 교반하는 단계와; 상기 처리 단계 후에 상기 콜타르를 증류시키는 단계와; 상기 증류로부터 콜타르 바인더 피치를 회수하는 단계를 포함하며; 상기 선택하는 단계와 처리하는 단계와 증류시키는 단계는 증류 후에 약 110℃ 내지 120℃의 연화점을 가지는 콜타르 바인더 피치를 제공하도록 수행되며, 상기 콜타르 바인더 피치는 또한 포름알데히드 처리없어 얻어진 것에 비해 증가된 수득율로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜타르 바인더 피치 생성방법.
