Claims (6)
- 람다 프로브(SV, SH)를 제어 장치 접지선을 가진 제어 장치(SG)에 접속하기 위한 연결회로에서, 상기 람다 프로브는 상기 람다 프로브 접지선(ML_SV, ML_SH)과 람다 프로브의 신호를 전달하기 위한 람다 프로브 신호선(SL_SV, SL_SH)을 가지며, 상기 연결회로는, 상기 제어 장치 접지선과 상기 람다 프로브 접지선에 연결되며, 상기 람다 프로브 접지선의 전위를 상기 제어 장치 접지선에 대해 소정치까지 올리기 위한 오프셋 전압원 수단(UOS)을 포함하는 연결 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오프셋 전압원 수단(UOS)은 고임피던스 전압원 수단인 연결회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오프셋 전압원 수단이 발생하는 전압은 상기 람다 프로브 수단이 최대로 가능하게 증폭된 부의 전압 보다 크며, 상기 최대로 가능하게 증폭된 부의 전압을 얻기 위해 상기 신호선상의 상기 람다 프로브의 신호를 증폭하기 위한 증폭(DV_SH) 수단을 더 포함하는 연결 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 람다 프로브의 상기 신호선과 상기 제어 장치 접지선 사이에 연결된 풀다운 저항기(RPD)를 더 포함하는 연결 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 람다 프로브 수단은 서로 연결된 각각의 접지선(ML_SV, ML_SH)을 갖는 2개의 람다 프로브(SV, SH)를 구비하므로써 상기 소정의 접지 전위를 상기 접지선상의 전위와 같게 하고, 상기 오프셋 전압원 수단은 상기 접지선에 연결되어 상기 두 접지선상의 상기 소정의 전위를 접지에 대해서 상기 소정치로 변경하는 연결 회로.
- 람다 프로브(SV, SH)를 제어 장치 접지선을 가진 제어 장치(SG)에 접속하기 위한 연결회로를 테스트하기 위한 방법에서, 상기 람다 프로브는 상기 람다 프로브의 신호를 전달하기 위한 람다 프로브 신호선(SL_SV, SL_SH)과 람다 프로브 접지선(ML_SV, ML_SH)을 가지며, 상기 방법은, 접지 전위에 대해서 접지선의 전위를 소정의 오프셋 전압까지 올리는 단계와, 최대로 가능하게 증폭된 부의 프로브 전압을 얻도록 상기 람다 프로브 신호선상의 신호를 증폭하기 위한 단계와, 상기 신호선 전위가 상기 오프셋 전압과 최대로 가능하게 증폭된 부의 프로브 전압간의 차이와 거의 같게 되는 임계치 이하인지를 결정하도록 접지에 대해서 신호선의 신호선 전위를 측정하는 단계와, 상기 신호선 전위가 상기 임계치 이하인지를 결정하여 신호선 전위가 임계치 이하이면, 고장(폴트) 신호를 내보내는 단계를 포함하는 연결 회로의 테스트 방법.
