Claims (6)
- 광을 생성 출사하는 광원과; 디스크의 기록면에 광스폿이 형성되도록 입사광을 집속하는 대물렌즈와; 상기 광원과 상기 대물렌즈 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 입사광의 진행 경로를 변환하는 편광빔스프리터와; 상기 편광빔스프리터와 디스크 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 입사광의 편광상태를 변환하는 제1파장판과; 상기 디스크에서 반사되어 상기 대물렌즈와 상기 편광빔스프리터를 투과한 광을 수광하는 광검출기;를 포함하여 된 광픽업장치에 있어서,상기 편광빔스프리터의 상기 광원과 대향되는 일 측에 설치되어 입사광의 편광상태를 변환하는 제2파장판과; 상기 제2파장판의 상기 편광빔스프리터 반대쪽 면에 위치되어 입사광을 반사시키는 반사부재;를 더 포함하여, 상기 편광빔스프리터를 경유하여 상기 대물렌즈로 향하는 광이 입사광축에 대한 상기 편광빔스프리터의 기울어짐에 무관하게 일정한 방향으로 진행되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사부재는 상기 제2파장판의 일면에 반사코팅에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2파장판은 사반파장판(quarter wave plate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광빔스프리터와 상기 광검출기 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 비점수차를 야기하는 비점수차렌즈가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광원과 상기 편광빔스프리터 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 입사광을 회절 투과시키는 그레이팅이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원과 대물렌즈 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 입사되는 발산광을 평행광으로 변환하는 콜리메이팅렌즈가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
