Claims (5)
- 내부에 다수의 “U”자형 또는 일자형으로된 히터봉이나 원형 또는 사각으로된 코일로 이루어진 히터(10)를 가압튜브(20) 길이 방향으로 일렬로 길게 정렬하여서된 가열 히터군(11)(12)(13)를 설치하고, 상기 히터(10)의 내부에 선택적으로 기울어지며, 회동모터(25)에 의해 회전가능토록 설치된 열처리할 소재를 장전하는 가열튜브(20)를 삽입 설치하여서된 로 몸체(101)를 구성하고, 상기 로 몸체(101)의 양측에 승강수단에 의해 상, 하 승강되는 승강 블록(102)을 형성하여, 상기 가열튜브(20)가 선택적으로 상,하로 기울어지도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전기식 로타리킬른(ROTARY KILN)열처리로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 승강수단은, 모터(30)에 의해 회전하는 회전봉(31)의 양측에 서로 상대적으로 편심진 편심캠(35)을 축결합하고, 상기 편심캠(35)에는 로 몸체(101)의 양측에 형성된 승강블록(102)과 연결로드(36)로 각각 연결하여서 모터(30)의 구동으로 승강블록(102)이 승,하강함에 따라 가열튜브(20)가 기울어지도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전기식 킬른(ROTARY KILN)열처리로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단열코어(40)는, 가이드레일(41)에 설치되어 슬라이드 동작되면서 가열튜브(20)의 양측을 밀폐토록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전기식 로타리킬른(ROTARY KILN)열처리로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 히터(10)으로 된 각각 가열히터(11)과 가열히터(12), 가열히터(13)으로 한 개군 이상으로 분할하여서 열손실이 많은 양측과 열손실이 적은 중앙부위의 가열온도를 각기 다르게 하며, 가열튜브(20)의 회전속도를 선택적으로 조절하도록 하여 가열튜브(20) 내부의 소재가 전체적으로 온도차가 없는 가열죤이 넓게 형성되어서 안정된 열처리 분위기가 이루어지도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전기식 로타리킬른(ROTARY KILN)열처리로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열튜브(20)는 좌,우 기울어짐과 동시에 회전되도록 구성하되, 회전속도를 열처리할 소재의 특성에 따라 회동모터(25)의 회전속도를 조절하여 가열튜브(20)의 회전속도를 조절하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전기식 로타리킬른(ROTARY KILN)열처리로.
