Claims (13)
- 기판 상에 빛을 차단하는 복수의 차광층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 복수의 차광층 상면에 칼라층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 복수의 차광층 중 인접하는 두 차광층 사이의 간격 보다 작은 영역의 칼라층 표면으로 광을 조사하여 에칭하는 단계로 구성되는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광의 조사는 상기 기판의 정면에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광은 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광에 의해 노광되는 부분과 차광층 사이의 영역은 난반사에 의해 노광되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차광층은 수지제인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차광층은 금속제인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 블랙수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 불투명 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼라층의 형성은 염료의 염색에 의해 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼라층의 형성은 염료의 분산에 의해 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차광층을 형성하는 단계는 블랙수지를 도포한 후, 패터닝하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차광층을 형성하는 단계는 불투명금속을 적층한 후, 패터닝하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼라층을 형성하는 단계는 감광막을 도포한 후, 패터닝하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이 장치의 칼라필터 제조방법.
