Description
Claims (15)
- 내벽에 평행한 돌기가 있는 원형 단면의 케이블 안내 덕트를 갖는 적어도 한개의 열가소성 케이블 안내 튜브를 구비한 케이블 안내 시스템에 있어서, 상기 덕트 축에 대하여 교호 방향 및 그 축 방향으로 연장되는 돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 상기 덕트 축을 따라 부분적으로 다른 피치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 서로 반대 방향으로 나선상으로 연장되는 나선형 연장 돌기부를 갖는 구역으로 구성되며, 상기 구역은 연속적인 돌기를 갖는 변환 구역에 의해 상호 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 밀어넣거나 잡아당겨질 때 상기 튜브 내부로 도입되는 케이블 또는 케이블 다발과의 상호 마찰 작용에 의해 발생하는 비틀림력을 방지하기 위해 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 물결 모양으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 그 단면의 삼각형 또는 아치형인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 상기 케이블 안내 튜브의 벽 두께보다 작은 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 그 기저부가 상기 케이블 안내 튜브의 벽 두께보다 좁은 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기 사이에는 음각 형태의 홈이 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 상기 케이블 안내 튜브의 플라스틱으로 이음매없이 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 상기 덕트 내벽에 일체로 용착되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 케이블 안내 튜브의 열가소성 수지보다 더 매끄러운 표면을 갖는 플라스틱으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템.
- 열가소성 플라스틱 재료를 압출기를 사용하여 가열 연화시키고, 이어서 외부의 공구를 갖는 압출 장치와 케이블 안내 덕트를 성형하는 맨드렐을 사용하여 플라스틱 튜브를 압출해내고, 이것을 외부의 구경 크기 조정기에서 그 구경 크기를 맞추는 케이블 안내 시스템의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 맨드렐 내부에 장착된 회전식 돌기 성형 장치를 사용하여 모양이 다듬어진 돌기를 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 회전식 돌기 성형 장치는 서로 반대 방향으로 상이한 회전 속도로 교대로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 돌기 성형 장치는 잘게 썰은 재단 모양(chip)의 공구가 아닌 양각 성형 장치로서 디자인되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 플라스틱을 가열 연화시키는 상기 돌기 성형 장치는 상기 덕트의 내벽에 일체적으로 배치되어 돌기를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 안내 시스템의 제조 방법.
