Claims (2)
- 일단이 전원전압에 연결된 제1저항과, 캐소드 단이 상기 제1저항의 타단에 연결되고 애노드 단이 접지단에 연결되는 제너 다이오드를 구비하여, 상기 전원전압 또는 부하의 변동에 의한 전류 변화를 보상하여 상기 전원전압의 변동에 독립하는 정전압을 출력하는 정전압 소자; 그리고 상기 정전압 소자에서 출력되는 전압 양단에 각각 연결된 두 개의 가변저항 및 상기 두 가변저항 사이에 직렬 연결된 적어도 하나 이상의 저항으로 구성되어 상기 정전압을 제공받아 적어도 하나 이상의 레벨 다운된 정전압을 출력하는 저항부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 전압 발생회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1항의 저항값을 RGS, 상기 전원전압의 최대값 및 최소값을 V10VH및 V10VL, 상기 제너 다이오드에 흐르는 최대 전류와 최소 전류를 IGZ_max및 IGZ_min이라 하고, 상기 정전압 소자에서 출력되는 전압을 VGH, 상기 저항부에 흐르는 전류를 IGL이라고 할 때, 상기 제1저항의 저항치(RGS) 및 저항부에 흐르는 전류(IGL)는 각각을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 전압 발생회로.
