Claims (2)
- 포지티브 및 네거티브 계조 전압을 번갈아 인가하는 액정 표시 장치의 구동 방법에 있어서,상기 포지티브 계조 전압이 액정 커패시터에 충전될 경우, 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 제1 전압 레벨의 게이트 온 전압을 인가하고, 상기 게이트 온 전압의 전압 레벨을 상기 제1 전압 레벨보다 낮은 제2 전압 레벨로 변화시킨 후 게이트 오프 전압을 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 인가하는 단계, 그리고상기 네거티브 계조 전압이 액정 커패시터에 충전될 경우, 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 상기 제1 전압 레벨의 게이트 온 전압을 인가하고, 상기 게이트 온 전압의 전압 레벨을 상기 제1 전압 레벨보다 높은 제3 전압 레벨로 변화시킨 후 게이트 오프 전압을 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 게이트 온 신호의 전압 레벨은 계단형으로 변화되는 액정 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
