Claims (7)
- 투명한 기판(1)상에 유전체막(2), 기록막(3), 절연막(4), 반사막(5)을 순서적으로 적층한 단파장용 광자기 디스크에 있어서, 상기 유전체막(2)은 제1, 2유전체막(2A), (2B)으로 분리형성시키고, 기록막(3)은 기록된 정보를 재생하는 재생층(3A)과 정보를 기록하는 기록층(3B)으로 분리적층 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생층(3A)의 두께(t1)과 기록층(3B)의 두께(t2)의 비는 0.3t2/t11.0 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재생층(3A)의 두께(t1)과 기록층(3B)의 두께(t2)의 비는 0.5t2t10.9범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1유전체막(2A)의 굴절율(n1)과 제2유전체막(2B)의 굴절율(n2)은 1.6n1n23.5범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1유전체막(2A)의 굴절율(n1)과 제2유전체막(2B)의 굴절율(n2)은 1.3n2n11.8범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생층(3A)의 큐리온도(Tc1)는 기록층(3B)의 큐리온도(Tc2)보다 낮게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생층 (3A)은 NdTbFeCo또는 PrTbFeCo로 구성되고, 기록층(3B)은 TbFeCo또는 TbFeCoCr으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
