Claims (2)
- 혈소판 증가량의 용해성 MPL수용체 및 이 수용체가 용해성인 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하며, 상기 용해성 MPL 수용체가 (1) SEQ ID No. 2의 잔기 19(10 아미노산) 내지 잔기 483(10 아미노산) 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드, 또는 (2) SEQ ID No. 4의 잔기 26(10 아미노산) 내지 잔기 491(아미노산) 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포유류에서 혈소판의 개수를 증가시키기 위한 조성물.
