Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 2 이상의 이소시아네이트 작용성(functionality)을 갖는 저 점도의 지방족 또는 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트와 2 이상의 히드록실 작용기를 갖는 폴리올 성분과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분은 상기 저 점도의 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이소시아네이트 말단화된 프레폴리머를 포함하고; 상기 프레폴리머는 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 100 중량부당 약 10 내지 90 중량부의 양으로 혼입되며; 상기 프레폴리머는 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트를 2,0 이상의 평균 작용성을 갖는 상쇄 폴리올 성분과 반응시킴으로써 형성된 것으로, 250 내지 2000g/eq의 당량을 가지며, 상기 프레폴리머의 85이상이 2.1의 NCO:OH 비와 약 15중량이하의 올리고머 함량을 가지며 약 1중량이하의 잔류 디이소시아네이트 단량체 함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저점도 폴리이소시아네이트는 상기 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트와 지방족 폴리올의 부가 반응 생성물, 지방족 또는 방향족 폴리이소시아누레이트, 지방족 또는 방향족 뷰렛, 지방족 또는 방향족 유레트디온, 알로파네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프레폴리머의 형성에 사용되는 장쇄 폴리올 성분은 아크릴 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 또는 폴리카프로락톤이고, 상기 폴리올 성분의 작용성은 2.2 내지 4 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프레폴리머의 형성에 사용되는 디이소시아네이트는 이소포론 디이소시아세이트, 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실릴 디이소시아네이트, 비스(4-이소시아네이토시클로헥실)메탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 지방족 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 저점도 이소시아네이트의 형성에 사용되는 폴리이소시아네이트는 지방족 디이소시아네이트의 부가 반응 생성물이고, 상기 뷰렛은 지방족 뷰렛이고, 상기 유레트디온은 지방족 유레트디온이고, 상기 이소시아누레이트는 지방족 이소시아누레이트이고, 상기 알로파네이트는 지방족 알로파네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 디이소시아네이트의 부가 반응 생성물, 상기 지방족 뷰렛, 상기 지방족 유레트디온 및 상기 지방족 이소시아누레이트를 형성하는 데 사용되는 지방족 디이소시아네이트는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실릴 디이소시아네이트 및 비스(4-이소시아네이토시클로헥실)메탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프레폴리머를 형성하는 데 사용되는 장쇄 폴리올은 장쇄 아크릴 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 단쇄 다작용성 폴리올의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 장쇄 폴리올은 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)폴리올, 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)폴리올 및 폴리(부틸렌 옥사이드)폴리올 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리에테르 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 단쇄 다작용성 폴리올은 트리메틸올프로판, 글리세롤, 수크로즈, 펜타에리트리톨, 이들 폴리올들의 알콕실화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 저점도 폴리이소시아네이트:프레폴리머의 비는 총 100 중량부를 기준으로 40:60 중량부 내지 60:40 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 프레폴리머를 형성하는 데 사용되는 상기 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
- 폴리우레탄 피복물을 제조하는 데 적합한, 하기 (a) 및 (b)를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 혼합물:상기 이소시아네이트 혼합물의 총중량을 100중량부로 하여, (a) 디이소시아네이트 성분과 2.0 이상의 평균 히드록실 작용성을 갖는 장쇄 폴리올 성분의 반응 생성물을 포함하고, 약 250 내지 2000g/eq 당량을 가지며, 미반응 디이소시아네이트 단량체 함량은 약 1중량이하이고, 올리고머의 몰농도는 15이하인 프레폴리머 약 10 내지 90 중량부; 및 (b) 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트와 지방족 폴리올의 부가반응 생성물, 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트, 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트의 뷰렛, 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트의 유레트디온, 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트의 알로파네이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 저점도 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제 약 10 내지 90 중량부.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 프레폴리머 및 상기 저점도 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제를 형성하는데 사용되는 디이소시아네이트는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실릴 디이소시아네이트, 비스(4-이소시아네이토시클로헥실)메탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 프레폴리머를 형성하는데 사용되는 장쇄 폴리올은 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 장쇄 폴리올 성분은 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올과 단쇄 다작용성 폴리올의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 장쇄 폴리올은 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)폴리올, 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)폴리올 및 폴리(부틸렌 옥사이드)폴리올 또는 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리에테르 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 프레폴리머를 제조하는 데 사용되는 지방족 디이소시아네이트는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트이고, 상기 저점도 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트 또는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 유레트디온인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 혼합물은, 총중량을 100 중량부로 하여, 상기 프레폴리머 대 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제의 비율이 40:60 내지 60:40 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트 혼합물.
