Description
Claims (6)
- 각각 전극(7)(8)을 갖는 두 개의 건암(4)(5)이 주축부(3)에서 회전자재로 연결되고, 상기 건암(4)(5)은 주축부(3)를 중심으로 개폐동작하여 전극사이에 용접에 필요한 가압력 내지 개방력을 가할 수 있고, 그 개폐동작을 행하기 위한 전극가압 구동원으로 전동모터(6)가 사용되고 그 전동모터(6)가 상기 건암(4)(5)의 주축부(3)에 배치한 감속기(9)를 통해서 용접에 필요한 가압토크를 상기 전극사이에 전달하도록 한 전동가압식 건의 전극가압 구동방법.
- 각각 전극(7)(8)을 갖는 두 개의 건암(4)(5)이 주축부(3)에서 회전자재로 연결되고 상기 건암(4)(5)의 전극사이에는 용접에 필요한 가압내지 개방동작이 전동모터(6)에 의해서 부여되는 전동가압식 건에 있어서, 상기 전동모터(6)는 상기 건암 주축부(3)에 배치한 감속기(9)를 통하여 가압토크를 상기 전극사이에 전달하는 건 가압구동장치에서 상기 두개의 건암(7)(8)중 어느 한쪽의 건암(4)이 상기 주축부(3)에 배치한 감속기(9)의 출력축(11)에, 또다른 한 개의 건암(5)이 상기 감속기(9)의 본체케이스(10)에 각각 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동가압식 건의 전극가압 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감속기(9)의 출력축(11) 또는 상기 감속기(9)의 본체케이스(10)가 건 고정브라켓트(2)에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동가압식 건의 전극가압 구동장치.
- 제2항에 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감속기(9)의 출력축(11) 또는 상기 감속기(9)의 본체케이스(10)가 베어링축받이(16)를 끼워서 건 고정브라켓트(2)에 지지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동가압식 건의 전극가압 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감속기(9)의 출력축(11) 또는 상기 감속기(9)의 본체케이스(10)가 별도의 감속기(20)를 개재하여 건 고정브라켓트(2)에 지지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동가압식 건의 전극가압 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전동모터(6)와 그 모터구동력을 상기 감속기(9) 입력축(17)에 전달하는 수단과 상기 감속기(9)가 공통베이스(15)에 유니트화 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동가압식 건의 전극가압 구동장치.
