Claims (2)
- 결정화도가 8∼16%이고, 복굴절율이 30×103∼150×103이고 원사섬도가 160∼260데니어이며 폴리에틸렌테레프탈산을 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르원사(기초원사A)를 온도가 90∼140℃인 핫핀에서 1.3∼1.5배 연신 조건으로 열처리하고, 열처리된 상기 원사와 단섬유 섬도가 2.1∼4.2데니어이고 원사섬도가 50∼75데니어인 염기성염료 가염형의 폴리에스테르원사 또는 폴리아미드6원사(기초원사B)를 함께 온도가 170∼190℃인 핫플레이트를 통과시킨 후 회전수가 식(I)의 범위를 만족하는 가연스핀들에서 가연시키고, 가연된 원사들을 공기교락 시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 이색조 복합사의 제조방법.
