Claims (13)
- 수지로 제조된 중앙 디스크와 다이어프램을 포함하는 다이어프램 조립체로서, 상기 중앙 디스크는 수지로 제조된 제1 및 제2 중앙 디스크 부재를 포함하고 있고, 상기 제1 및 제2 중앙 디스크 부재가 이들 사이에 끼워진 다이어프램을 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 제1 중앙 디스크 부재는 수지 장입 공간을 형성하는 내부 원주벽 및 상기 내부 원주벽 상에 제공된 내향의 내부 플랜지를 갖추고 있고, 상기 제2 중앙 디스크 부재는 수지를 장입함으로써 형성되는 수지주형 본체 및 외향의 외부 플랜지를 갖추고 있으며, 상기 다이어프램의 일부가 상기 내부 플랜지와 상기 외부 플랜지의 사이에서 클램핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 중앙 디스크 부재는 수지로 제조된 보강 중앙 디스크 부재를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 조립체.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중앙 디스크 부재의 상기 내부 원주벽에 톱니바퀴형 표면이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중앙 디스크 부재의 상기 내부 플랜지에는 상기 수지 주형 본체의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 경사 표면이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중앙 디스크 부재의 상기 내부 원주벽이 상기 수지 주형 본체의 이탈을 방지하도록 원주상으로 연장된 경사 리브를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 주형 본체가 지지체 로드를 고정하고 나사식 부분을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중앙 디스크 부재가 액체 접촉부의 측면 상으로 위치된 중앙 디스크 부재이고, 상기 제2 중앙 디스크 부재는 액체 비접촉부의 측면 상으로 위치된 중앙 디스크 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 조립체.
- 수지재료로만 이루어진 다이어프램 조립체를 제조하는 방법으로서, a) 몰드의 공동 내에서 수지로 제조된 중앙 디스크 부재를 셋팅하는 단계와, b) 상기 몰드의 공동 내에 수지로 제조된 얇은 평판형 다이어프램을 셋팅하는 단계와, c) 수지 장입 포트를 통해 상기 몰드의 공동 내로 수지를 장입하여 다이어프램의 일부를 상기 중앙 디스크 부재의 내부 원주벽과 긴밀하게 접촉시키는 동시에 상기 다이어프램의 일부를 변형시키는 단계와, 그리고 d) 상기 중앙 디스크 부재에 의해 상기 다이어프램이 양쪽 측면으로부터 상기 다이어프램의 두께 방향으로 클램핑되도록 수지를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, a) 상기 다이어프램을 둘러싸도록 상기 몰드의 공동 내에 수지로 제조된 보강 중앙 디스크 부재를 셋팅하는 단계와, 그리고 b)수지에 의해 상기 중앙 디스크 부재와 상기 다이어프램을 일체화 시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수지재료로만 이루어진 다이어프램 조립체를 제조하는 방법으로서, a) 몰드의 공동 내에 수지로 제조된 중앙 디스크 부재와 수지로 예비주조된 평판형 다이어프램을 셋팅시키는 단계와, b) 수지 장입 공간에 수지를 장입하는 단계와, 그리고 c) 수지를 경화시켜서 상기 예비 주조된 다이어프램과 상기 중앙 디스크 부재를 일체화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, a) 상기 다이어프램을 둘러싸도록 상기 몰드의 공동 내에 수지로 제조된 보강 중앙 디스크 부재를 셋팅하는 단계와, 그리고 b) 수지로 의해 상기 중앙 디스크 부재와 상기 다이어프램을 일체화 시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수지로만 이루어진 다이어프램 조립체를 제조하는 방법으로서, a) 몰드의 공동 내에 수지로 제조된 중앙 디스크 부재와 수지로 제조된 얇은 평판형 다이어프램을 셋팅하는 단계와, b) 상기 다이어프램의 일부를 취형 주형에 의해 소정의 형상으로 변형시키는 단계와, c) 상기 수지 장입 공간으로 계속해서 수지를 장입하는 단계와, 그리고 d) 수지를 경화시켜서 상기 다이어프램과 상기 중앙 디스크 부재를 일체화 시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, a)상기 다이어프램을 둘러싸도록 상기 몰드의 공동 내에 수지로 제조된 보강 중앙 디스크 부재를 셋팅하는 단계와, 그리고 b) 수지에 의해 상기 중앙 디스크 부재와 상기 다이어프램을 일체화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
