Claims (7)
- 구동차륜을 동력전달 시스템을 통해 전동모터의 회전축과 연결함과 동시에 이 전동모타와 배터리와의 사이에 배터리충전회로를 개재해서 배치하고, 이 배터리충전회로로 부터 입력되는 제어펄스신호인 듀티팩터에 따라 온/오프 해서 회생제동을 행하는 전동차량의 회생제동장치에 있어서, 상기 배터리충전회로에 입력되는 제어펄스신호인 듀티팩터를 상기 전동모타 회전축의 회전속도에 따라 고회전속도 영역에서 적게하여, 제동력이 소정의 제동력을 초과하지 않는 범위에서 회전축의 회전속도의 증대에 따라 증대하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량의 회생제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달시스템에 상기 전동모타 회전축의 회전속도에 응답하는 제1의 클러치를 설치하고, 이 제1의 클러치로 상기 회전축의 회전 속도가 소정의 회전속도 이하일 경우에 상기 동력전달시스템을 차단하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량의 회생제동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달시스템에 상기 전동차륜의 회전속도 응답하는 제2의 클러치를 상기 제1의 클러치와 병렬적으로 설치하고, 이 제2의 클러치를 제1의 클러치가 차단 작동하는 회전속도 보다도 작은 회전속도를 초과하는 호전속도 영역에서 상기 동력전달시스템을 접속하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량의 회생제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달시스템에 무단변속기를 설치하고, 이 무단변속기를 고감속비측으로 변속작동 시키면서 상기 배터리충전회로에 의한 회생제동을 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량의 회동제어장치.
- 모타와 구동륜과의 동력전달 가능케 연결한 전동차량에 있어서, 상기 모타와 구동륜과의 사이의 동력전달시스템에, 상기 모타로부터 상기 구동륜을 향해서 구동토오크가 전달되는 상태에서 회전수가 제1의 설정회전수 이상일때에 접속하는 제1클러치와, 상기 구동륜으로 부터 상기 모타를 향해서 구동토오크가 전달되는 상태에서 회전수가 상기 제1의 설정회전수 보다 작은 설정 회전수이상 일때에 접속하는 제2클러치를 병렬로 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량의 회생제동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제동상태를 판별하고, 제동시에 상기 모타에 의한 전기적제동을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량의 회생제동장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달시스템이 상기 모타와 상기 구동륜과의 사이에 개재해서 장착된 벨트식 무단변속기를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량의 회생제동장치.
