- 디스플레이 장치에 있어서, 화상을 디스플레이하는 디스플레이 유니트, 디스플레이 유니트를 조명하는 배면 광 유니트, 배면 광 유니트를 전기적으로 제어하는 인버터 유니트, 인버터 유니트와 디스플레이 유니트를 제어하는 컨트롤러 유니트, 및 인버터 유니트와 컨트롤러 유니트에 전기를 공급하고 발열 가열 분포를 갖는 전원 유니트를 포함하고, 상기 디스플레이 유니트는 배면 광 유니트의 전면 상에 배치되고, 상기 인버터 유니트와 상기 컨트롤러 유니트는 배면 광 유니트의 배면 상에 배치되고, 상기 전원 유니트는 디스플레이 유니트, 배면 광 유니트, 인버터 유니트 및 컨트롤러 측면 상에 배치되고, 상기 디스플레이 유니트, 상기 배면 광 유니트, 상기 인버터 유니트, 상기,컨트롤러 유니트 및 상기 전원 유니트는 고통 하우징 내에 배치되고, 상기 인버터 유니트 및 상기 컨트롤러 유니트는 배면 광 유니트 뒤에 배열되고, 절연 부재가 전원 유니트의 비교적 큰 발열 가열 영역에 대응하는 위치에서 전원 유니트와 디스플레이 유니트 사이에 배치되어 절연 부재가 인버터 유니트에 대하여 대각선 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 유니트, 상기 배면 광 유니트, 상기 인버터 유니트 및 상기 컨트롤러 유니트는 상기 전원 유니트 위에 배치되고, 상기 인버터 유니트는 전원 유니트의 큰 발열 가열 영역 위에 대각선으로 배치디고, 상기 컨트롤러 유니트는 전원 유니트의 큰 발열 가열 영역 위에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 전면 하우징 부재와 이 전면 하우징 부재에 부착된 후면 부재를 포함하고, 디스플레이 유니트의 적어도 전면은 전면 하우징 부재에 의해 커버되고, 인버터 유니트, 컨트롤러 유니트 및 전원 유니트의 적어도 후면 하후징 부재에 의해 의해 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프린트 회로 시트는 컨트롤러 유니트로부터의 신호에 기초하여 스캐닝 전극들에 스캐닝 신호들을 공급하기 위한 스캐닝측 프린트 회로 시트, 및 컨트롤러 유니트로부터의 신호에 기초하여 데이타 전극들에 데이타 신호들을 공급하기 위한 데이타측 프린트 회로 시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스캐닝측 프린트 회로 시트는 플리이미드를 포함하는 기저막, 구리를 각각 포함하고 기적막 위에 형성된 출력 전극과 입력 전극, 및 출력 전극과 입력 전극에접속된 스캐닝측 구동 IC를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스캐닝측 프린트 회로 시트는 플리이미드를 포함하는 기저막, 구리를 각각 포함하고 기저막 위에 형성된 출력 전극과 입력 전극, 및 출력 전극과 입력 전극에 접속된 데이타측 구동 IC을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 스캐닝측 프린트 회로 시트의 출력 전극은 이방성 도전성 접착막을 통해 액정 패널의 스캐닝 전극에 접속되고, 상기 이방성 도전성 접착막은 열 경화성 수지 및 다수의 금속 입자 또는 그안에 분산된 금속 도금 수지 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 데이타측 프린트 회로 시트의 출력 전극은 이방성 도전성 접착막을 통해 액정 패널의 데이타 전극에 접속되고, 상기 이방성 도전성 접착막은 열 경화성 수지 및 다수의 금속 입자 또는 그안에 분산된 금속 도금 수지 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 스캔닝측 프린트 회로 시트의 출력 전극은 출력 전극이 기저막을 보유하는 팁 부분을 보유하도록 중간영역에서 기저막의 일부를 제거함으로써 부분적으로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 스캐닝측 프린트 회로막은 출력 전극에 인접하여 제1 정렬 마크를 갖고, 위에 스캐닝 전극을 갖는 투명 기판의 하나는 스캐닝 전극에 인접하여 그 위에 제2 정렬 마크를 갖고, 상기 출력 전극과 스캐닝 전극은 제1 및 제2 정렬 마크에 의해 위치적으로 정렬되고 서로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 데이타측 프린트 회로막은 출력 전극에 인접하여 제3 정렬 마크를 갖고, 위에 데이타 전극을 갖는 투명 기판의 하나는 데이타 전극에 인접하여 그 위에 제4 정렬 마크를 갖고, 상기 출력 전극과 데이타 전극은 제3 및 제4 정렬 마크에 의해 위치적으로 정렬되고 서로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 구동기 보드는 컨트롤 유니트와 스캐닝측 프린트 회로 시트 사이에 배치된 스캐닝측 프린트 회로에 스캐닝 신호를 공급하기 위한 스캐닝측 구동기 보드, 및 컨트롤러 유니트와 데이터측 프린트 회로 시트 사이에 배치된 데이타 전극에 데이타 신호를 공급하기 위한 데이타측 구동기 보드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 스캐닝측 구동기 보드는 그 안에 유리 섬유를 함유하는 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 기판층과 구리 도선층을 교대로 적층하여 구성된 적층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
