Claims (59)
- (i) 실질적으로 수불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질의 다수의 전구체 입자 및 (ii) 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질과 반응하여 상기 전구체 입자들 사이에 가교결합을 형성하는, 상기 전구체 입자 100 중량부당 0.01 내지 30 중량부의 입자간 가교결합제를 포함하고; 상호연통 채널에 의해 상호연결되어, 10.0㎣을 초과하는 경계 건조피부(circumscribed dry volume)를 갖는 액체 투과성 거대구조물을 형성하는 공극을 인접한 상기 전구체 입자사이에 갖는 입자간 가교결합된 응집체를 포함하는, 다공성의 흡수성 중합체 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자가 600㎛ 미만의 질량 평균 입경을 갖는 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자가 300㎛ 미만의 질량 평균 입경을 갖는 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자가 섬유를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 상기 전구체 입자 사이에 중합체 가교결합을 형성하도록 중합되는 단량체를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물질이 카복실 그룹을 함유하고, 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질의 카복실 그룹과 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 분자당 2개 이상 갖는 거대구조물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 물, 유기 용매 또는 그의 혼합물과 혼합되는 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합된 응집체가 표면 가교결합되는 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 거대구조물중에 함입된 강화 부재를 추가로 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 250㎛을 초과하는 두께를 갖는 시이트를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- (i) 실질적으로 수불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질의 다수의 실질적으로 건조한 전구체 입자 및 (ii) 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질과 반응하여 상기 전구체 입자들 사이에 가교결합을 형성하는 상기 전구체 입자 100 중량부당 0.01 내지 30 중량부의 입자간 가교결합제를 포함하고; 상호 연통 채널에 의해 상호연결되어, 100.0㎣을 초과하는 경계 건조피부를 갖는 액체 투과성 거대구조물을 형성하는 공극을 인접한 상기 전구체 입자 사이에 갖는 입자간 가교결합된 응집체를 포함하며; 이때 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질이 가수분해된 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 비누화된 비닐 아세테이트-아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체, 가수분해된 아크릴로니트릴 또는 아크릴아미드 공중합체, 임의의 상기 공중합체의 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물, 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산, 또는 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되고; 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 다가 알콜 화합물, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 화합물, 다작용성 아지리딘 화합물, 다작용성 아민 화합물, 및 다작용성 이소시아네이트 화합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 다공성의 흡수성 중합체 거대구조물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자가 섬유를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자의 질량 평균 입경이 500㎛ 미만인 거대구조물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자의 질량 평균 입경이 300㎛ 미만인 거대구조물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 물, 친수성 유기 용매 또는 그의 혼합물과 혼합되는 거대구조물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질이 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물로 필수적으로 구성되고; 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 트리메틸올 프로판, 1,2-프로판디올, 또는 1.3-프로판디올로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 거대구조물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자의 95 중량% 이상이 150 내지 300㎛의 입경을 갖는 거대구조물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 250㎛을 초과하는 두께를 갖는 시이트를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자의 질량 평균 입경이 180㎛ 미만이고, 상기 전구체 입자의 95 중량% 이상이 90 내지 180㎛의 입경을 갖는 거대구조물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 250㎛을 초과하는 두께를 갖는 시이트를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제11항, 제12항, 제14항, 제18항 및 제20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합된 응집체가 표면 가교결합되는 거대구조물.
- 제11항, 제12항, 제14항, 제18항 및 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 거대구조물중에 함입된 강화 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 제11항, 제12항, 제14항, 제16항, 제18항 및 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5㎜ 내지 3.0㎜의 두께를 갖는 시이트를 포함하는 거대구조물.
- 하나의 기재, 및 상기 기재에 결합된 제11항에 따르는 거대구조물을 포함하는 흡수 용품(absorbent product).
- 액체 투과성 상면시이트; 상기 상면시이트에 결합된 액체 불투과성 배면시이트; 및 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 사이에 위치하며, 제11항에 따르는 하나 이상의 거대구조물을 포함하는 흡수코어를 포함하는 흡수 제품.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 흡수코어가 상기 거대구조물을 둘러싸는 싸개(envelope) 웹을 추가로 포함하는 흡수 제품.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 싸개 웹이, 그의 주위가 밀봉된 친수화된 합성 섬유의 부직 웹을 포함하는 흡수 제품.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 흡수코어가 상기 상면시이트와 상기 거대구조물 사이에 위치한 흡수부재를 추가로 포함하는 흡수 제품.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 거대구조물이 상기 거대구조물중에 함입된 강화 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 흡수 제품.
- (a) 실질적으로 수불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질의 다수의 전구체 입자를 제공하는 단계; (b) 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질과 반응할 수 있는 입자간 가교결합제를 상기 전구체 입자상에 적용시키는 단계; (c) 상기 전구체 입자를 물리적으로 결합시켜, 상호 연통 채널에 의해 상호연결된 공극을 갖는 응집체를 형성시키는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 전구체 입자의 물리적 결합을 유지하면서 상기 입자간 가교결합제를 상기응집체의 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질과 반응시켜, 상기 전구체 입자 사이에 가교결합을 형성시킴으로써 입자간 가교결합된 응집체 거대구조물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 거대구조물이 액체 투과성이 되도록 상호연통 채널에 의해 상호 연결된 공극을 갖는 입자간 가교결합된 응집체를 포함하는 다공성의 흡수성 중합체 거대구조물의 제조 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 거대구조물을 표면 가교결합시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 단계(d)전에 목적하는 형상, 크기, 및/또는 밀도로 상기 응집체를 형상화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 단계(d)가 가열을 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자에 강화 섬유를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- (a) 실질적으로 수불용성인 흡수성 하이드로 겔-형성 중합체 물질의 다수의 실질적으로 건조한 전구체 입자를 제공하는 단계(상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질은 가수분해된 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 비누화된 비닐 아세테이트-아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체, 가수분해된 아크릴로니트릴 또는 아크릴아미드 공중합체, 임의의 상기 공중합체의 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물, 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산, 또는 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된다) (b) 다가 알콜 화합물, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 화합물, 다작용성 아지리딘 화합물, 다작용성 아민 화합물, 및 다작용성 이소시아네이트 화합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 입자간 가교결합제를 상기 전구체 입자 상에 적용시키는 단계; (c) 상기 전구체 입자를 물리적으로 결합시켜, 상호 연통 채널에 의해 상호 연결된 공극을 갖는 응집체를 형성시키는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 응집체를 목적하는 형상, 크기, 및/또는 밀도로 형상화시키는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 전구체 입자의 물리적 결합을 유지하면서, 상기 입자간 가교결합제를 상기 응집체를 가열하여 상기 입자간 가교결합제를 상기 응집체의 전구체 입자의 중합체 물질과 반응시켜, 상기 전구체 입자 사이에 가교결합을 형성시킴으로써 입자간 가교결합된 응집체 거대구조물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 거대구조물이 액체 투과성이 되도록 상호연통 채널에 의해 상호 연결된 공극을 갖는 입자간 가교결합된 응집체를 포함하는 다공성의 흡수성 중합체 거대구조물의 제조 방법.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교 결합제와 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질을 반응시키기 전에 상기 전구체 입자에 섬유를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 거대구조물을 표면 가교결합시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자가 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합제를 물, 유기 용매, 또는 그의 혼합물과 혼합시키는 방법.
