Claims (6)
- (ⅰ) 쏠(sole) 제조용 하부금형의 상단에 폴리우레탄 필름을 공지의 고정수단으로 고정하는 단계; (ⅱ) 폴리우레탄 필름 상에 쏠제조원료를 주입하고 상부금형과 형합하는 단계; (ⅲ) 쏠제조원료를 발포시킴으로써 폴리우레탄 필름이 쏠에 자동적으로 코팅되게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쏠의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 필름은 기재를 전처리하여 10g/㎠∼300g/㎠의 박리강도를 갖게 하고 그 위에 통상의 방법으로 습식은층을 형성한 후 상기 기재를 박리하여 얻은 것으로서, 신율이 400∼800%, 필름 자체의 접착강도가 2.5㎏/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 필름은 신율이 400% 이상인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 쏠제조원료는 30∼50 중량부의 폴리에스터 폴리올(polyester polyol), 30∼50 중량부의 디이소시아네이트(diisocyanate), 0∼1.5 중량부의 정포제 및 0.1∼1.1 중량부의 H2O를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발포공정은 30∼50℃의 쏠제조원액을 35∼65℃로 유지된 금형상단의 폴리우레탄 필름 상에 주입한 후 금형을 가열하여 30초∼2분의 시간이 경과하여 온도가 110∼160℃까지 오르면 탈형한 다음 35∼65℃에서 2∼15분간 숙성하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 쏠(sole) 제조용 하부금형의 상단에 폴리우레탄 필름을 공지의 고정수단으로 고정한 후 그위에 쏠제조원료를 주입하고 상부금형과 형합한 후 쏠제조원료를 발포시킴으로써 폴리우레탄 필름이 쏠에 자동적으로 코팅되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조공정에 의해 만들어진 폴리우레탄 쏠.
