Claims (17)
- 부하를 받고 있는 파이프 내에서 액상의 금속 도는 합금의 유동을 제어하기 위한 전자기 밸브에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브는 : 자기장을 투과할 수 있는 재료로 구성되고, 길이방향 축 및 내벽을 지니는 관형 동체(tubular body) : 상기 관형 동체의 둘레에 배치되고 상기 길이방향 축을 따라 형성하는 자기장을 발생할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 폴리페이즈 필드코일(polyphase field coil) ; 및 자기 재료로 구성되는 코어로써, 상기 코어는 상기 적어도 하나의 폴리페이즈 필드 코일에 의해서 발생하는 자기장의 루핑을 보장하기 위하여 상기 관형 동체 내에서 축방향으로 연장하고, 액상의 금속 또는 합금의 유동을 위하여 상기 내벽과 함께 실질적인 환상의 통로(annular passage)를 한정하는 코어(core);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 자기장을 투과할 수 있는 재료와 일체로 되어 그 안에 내장된 자기 바(magnetic bar)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브는 상기 내벽에 대하여 상기 코어를 배치시키기 위한 반경방향 아암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반경방향 아암은 자기장을 투과할 수 있는 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반경 방향 아암 및 상기 일체로 된 재료는 동일한 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 폴리페이즈 코일은 상기 관형 동체의 둘레에 배치된 2개의 폴리페이즈 필드 코일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 폴리페이즈 필드 코일은 동일한 전류원에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 폴리페이즈 필드 코일은 상이한 전류원에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 동체는 내화성 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 재료는 세라믹 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 및 상기 관형 동체는 실질적으로 동일한 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 자기장을 투과할 수 있는 재료와 일체로 되어 그 안에 내장된 자기 바를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브는 상기 내벽에 대하여 상기 코어를 배치시키기 위한 반경방향 아암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 동체를 가열하기 위한 가열 요소를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자기 밸브 내에 불활성 가스의 분사를 제어하기 위한 인젝터 요소를 부가적으로 포함하고, 상기 인젝터 요소는 액상의 금속 또는 합금의 산화를 방지하는 기능이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 자기장을 투과할 수 있는 재료와 일체로 되어 그 안에 내장된 자기 바를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브는 상기 내벽에 대하여 상기 코어를 배치시키기 위한 반경방향 아암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 밸브.
