Claims (5)
- 4륜구동차량에 사용되는 회전전달장치에 있어서, 4륜구동차량의 후륜추진축에 연결된 구동부재, 차량의 후륜차축에 연결된 피구동부재, 서로에 대하여 회전가능하도록 다른 하나상에 장착된 구동부재와 피구동부재중의 하나, 구동부재와 피구동부재 사이에 배치 되며 구동부재와 피구동부재가 서로에 대하여 어느 한방향으로 회전할 때 구동부재 및 피구동부재를 함께 상호 잠금하도록 구동부재와 피구동부재를 맞물리도록 하는 복수의 맞물림요소, 서로 이격된 맞물림요소를 소정의 간격으로 유지하기 위하여 구동부재와 피구동부재 사이에 장착된 리테이너부재, 리테이너부재와 구동부재가 서로에 대하여 회전하기 위하여 원주방향으로의 유극이 리테이너부재와 구동부재의 전체부분 또는 일부분 사이에 있고 서로 함께 회전하도록 서로 연결된 리테이너부재 및 구동부재, 회전작용력을 반대방향으로부터 리테이너부재에 부여하기 위하여 리테이너부재에 연결된 2개의 회전작용력 부여수단, 및 구동부재가 한방향으로 회전하는 동안에 회전작용력을 2개의 회전작용력 부여수단중의 하나로부터 리티너부재로 부여하고 구동부재가 반대방향으로 회전하는 동안에 회전작용력을 다른 하나의 회전작용력 부여수단으로부터 리테이너부재로 부여하기 위하여 리테이너부재에 연결된 전환수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동부재와 일련으로 상기 후륜추진축과 상기 구동부재 사이에 제공된 차동장치 즉 제한된 슬립차동장치를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 맞물림요소는 로울러의 형상으로 되어 있으며, 상기 구동부재와 상기 피구동부재는 서로에 대향한 표면을 가지고 있으며, 상기 대향표면중의 하나는 원통형이며 다른 하나는 다각형이며 이에 따라 상기 로울러가 맞물림위치에 이동가능한 복수의 웨지형상공간을 형성사는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전달장치.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 맞물림요소는 아치형표면을 가진 양끝을 구비한 스프래그형상으로 되어 있으며, 상기 구동부재와 상기 피구동부재는 서로 대향한 동심 원통형표면을 가지고 있으며, 상기 리테이너부재는 회전방향으로 유극이 있는 상기 구동부재에 연결된 제1리테이너, 및 상기 구동부재에 의해서 지지된 제2리테이너를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제1리테이너 및 제2리테이너에는 상기 스프래그의 양끝을 수용하고 반경방향으로 대향한 포킷이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전달 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2리테이너 및 상기 구동부재는 소정의 토오크가 상기 제2리테이너상에 작용할 때 서로에 대하여 회전하도록 서로 연결되어 있으며, 탄성부재는 양 리테이너 사이에서 관게적인 위치를 탄성적으로 유지하기 위하여 상기 제1리테이너와 상기 제2리테이너 사이에 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전달 장치.
