Claims (5)
- 질산칼슘 수화물[Ca(NO3)2.4H2O]과 질산납[Pb(NO3)2] 및 인산암모늄 [(NH4)3PO4]을 실온에서 증류수에 각각 0.01 M에서 포화 수용액까지의 농도로 용해시켜 pH를 9 이상 조정한 다음, 생성된 침전물을 숙성시킨 후에 소성시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 다음 화학식의 메탄 이량화용 Pb 치환 하이드록시아파타이트 촉매의 제조 방법: Ca10PbX(PO4)6(OH)2(단, O x 10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식에서 x의 범위가 0 x 3인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 pH가 10.3∼10.8인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소성 단계가 산소 분위기 하에서 200∼500℃로 일차 소성하고, 600∼1000℃로 이차 소성하는 것으로 이루어진 제조 방법.
- 메탄, 산소 및 He 기체를 함유하는 혼합 기체를, 제1항에 의한 메탄 이량화용 Pb 치환 하이드록시아파타이트 촉매 존재 하에서 접촉 시간 6.48∼16.2g·min/L의 조건으로 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 C2화합물 제조 방법.
