Description
Claims (1)
- 영상 신호 처리 장치로서, 블록 단위로 입력되는 영상 신호를 DCT 변환 시키는 DCT 부(1)와; 소정 개수의 영상 블록에 해당하는 상기 DCT 부(1)의 DCT 계수들을 블록단위로 저장하는 저장부(2)와; 상기 저장부(2)에 저장되어 있는 DCT 계수 블록들의 계수값들을 동일 순서의 계수값들끼리 블록 순서대로 배열된 상기 소정 개수와 동일한 재배열 블록을 형성하는 재배열 회로(3)와; 상기 재배열 회로(3)의 재배열 블록내 계수값을 서로 감산하여 재배열 블록별로 그 감산값을 출력하는 감산부(4)와; 상기 감산부(4)에서 출력되는 감산값을 가산하는 합산부(5)와; 상기 합산부(5)의 가산값이 소정 기준값 이하인가를 판단하여 기준값 이하일 때에 제1구동 신호를, 기준값 이상일 때에 제2구동 신호를 출력하는 판단부(6)와; 상기 제1구동 신호의 인가시에 상기 재 배열 회로(3)의 재배열 블록내 DCT 계수들을 양자화하여 출력하며, 상기 제2구동 신호의 인가시에 상기 저장부(3)의 블록내 DCT 계수들을 양자화하여 출력하는 양자화부(7)와; 상기 양자화(7)부의 양자값을 가변 길이 부호화하는 가변 길이 부호화부(8)를 구비하는 블록별 상관 관계에 의한 부호화 장치.
