Claims (5)
- 평행하게 서로 대향된 유리 기판; 상기 각각의 유리 기판 내면 상에 스트라이프 형태로 서로 교차되게 도포되고, 전압인가에 의해 적어도 하나에 음전자가 충진되는 도전성 제1투명전극 및 제2투명전극 및 상기 제1투명전극과 제2투명전극에 사이에 개재된 유전성 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광량 조절 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명전극은 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광량 조절 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전성 물질은 PbO, ZrO2, TiO2를 포함하는 PZT와, PbO, ZrO2, TiO2, La2O3를 포함하는 PLZT와, Ba복합물과, Ti복합물 중에서 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광량 조절 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빛이 반사되는 투명전극의 상면에 무반사 코팅이 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광량 조절 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명전극 및 상기 유전성 물질은 증착 또는 스퍼터링에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광량 조절 소자.
