Claims (9)
- 선단부에 연료분출 노즐을 가지는 연료공급관과, 지연성가스통로를 형성하기 위하여 그 연료공급관의 바깥쪽에 동심형태로 설치한 지연성가스공급관과, 상기 연료공급관의 선단부와 간극을 두고 그 연료공급관내에 배열 설치한 오리피스부재로 구성되며, 그 오리피스부재의 우리피스와 상기 연료공급관의 연료분출노즐과 상호 편심되어 있는 액체연료용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지연성공급관의 지연성가스통로에, 지연성가스선회용의 날개를 설치한 액체연료용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료분출노즐과 상기 오리피스와의 축선방향거리에 대한 그 연료분출노즐의 중심선과 그 오리피스 중심선과의 거리의 비율로 정해지는 편심율이 1.0∼4.0인 액체연료용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지연성가스통로로부터 분출하는 지연성가스의 분출속도가 1∼20m/sec인 액체연료용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지연성가스는 산소농도가 50%이상인 액체연료용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 지연성가스통로를 형성하기 위한 상기 지연성 가스공급관의 바깥쪽에, 2차 지연성가스통로를 형성하기 위한 지연성가스공급관 동심형태로 설치한 액체연료용 버너.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2차 지연성가스통로의 지연성가스에 대한 1차 지연성가스통로의 지연성가스의 유량비가 0.25∼1.0인 액체연료용 버너.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2차 지연성가스통로의 지연성가스에 대한 1차 지연성가스통로의 지연성가스이 유속비가 0.3∼1.0인 액체연료용 버너.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 1차 지연성가스통로의 지연성가스유속은, 0℃이고 1기압인 상태로 환산하여 10∼40m/sec인 액체연료용 버너.
