Description
Claims (11)
- A) 소오다-석회-실리카 플로트(float) 유리 배치(batch) 혼합물; B) 실질적으로 유리의 색상에 영향을 미치지 않는 양인, 자외선 흡수량의 세륨 함유 화합물, C) 유리 중의 전체 철이 0.75중량% 이상이 되도록 하는 양의 철, 및 D) 성분 A 및 성분 B, 및 유리 중의 전체 철이 0.5중량%가 되도록 하는 양의 철을 포함하는 유리 배치로부터 제조된 유리에서 동일한 제일철값을 얻는데 필요한 탄소량보다 적은 양의 탄소를 포함하는, 약 22 내지 약 29%의 제일철값을 갖는 적외선 에너지 및 자외선 흡수 녹색 유리 제조용 유리 배치 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소오다-석회-실리카 플로트 유리 배치 혼합물이 A) 모래 4.53×102±9.1×101kg(1,000±200파운드), B) 소오다 애쉬 1.5×102±2.3×101kg(330±50파운드) C) 백운석 1.13×102±2.3×101kg(250±50파운드) D) 석회석 3.2×101±2.3×101kg(70±50파운드), 및 E) 염괴 및 석고로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 황산염 5.4±3.6kg(12±8파운드)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 유리 배치 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 함유 화합물이 탄산세륨임을 특징으로 하는 유리 배치 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 함유 화합물이 유리 중 세륨 산화물 농도가 약 0.8 내지 약 1.2중량%가 되도록 하는 양으로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 유리 배치 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 철이 유리 중 전체 철의 농도가 0.75 내지 약 0.9중량%가 되도록 하는 양으로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 유리 배치 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 탄소가 유리 4.5×102kg(1,000파운드)당 약 6.8×10-2kg(0.15파운드) 내지 약 2.3×10-1kg(0.5파운드)로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 유리 배치 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 소정량의 이산화티탄을 추가로 함유하며, 생성된 유리는 약 0.5 내지 약 0.6중량%의 CeO2및 약 0.15 내지 약 0.25중량%의 TiO2를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 배치 조성물.
- 4mm 두께에서 일루미넌트(Illuminant) A 가시광선 투과율이 70% 이상, 전체 태양 에너지 투과율이 약 46% 미만 및 자외선 투과율이 약 34% 미만인, 제1항, 2항, 3항 내지 5항, 6항 또는 제7항의 유리 배치 조성물로부터 제조된 창유리.
- A) 소오다-석회-실리카 플로트 유리 배치 혼합물, B) 실질적으로 유리의 색상에 영향을 미치지 않는 양인 자외선 흡수량의 세륨 함유 화합물, C) 유리 중의 전체 철이 0.75중량% 이상이 되도록 하는 양의 철, 및 D) 상기 성분 A 및 성분 B, 및 성분 C에서 언급한 철의 양보다 적은 양의 철을 포함하는 유리 배치 조성물로부터 제조된 유리에서 동일한 제일철값을 얻는데 필요한 탄소량보다 적은 양의 탄소를 혼합 및 가열함으로써, 실리카 부유 찌끼가 플로트 공정으로 제조된 유리의 품질에 유해한 효과를 미칠 수 있는 양으로 용융물의 표면에 형성되는 것을 방지함을 특징으로 하는, 용융시 약 22 내지 약 29%의 제일철값을 갖는 적외선 에너지 및 자외선 흡수 녹색 소오다-석회-실리카 유리 조성물의 용융 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소오다-석회-실리카 플로트 유리 배치 혼합물이 A) 모래 4.53×102±9.1×101kg(1,000±200파운드), B) 소오다 애쉬 1.5×102±2.3×101kg(330±50파운드) C) 백운석 1.13×102±2.3×101kg(250±50파운드) D) 석회석 3.2×101±2.3×101kg(70±50파운드), 및 E) 염괴 및 석고로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 황산염 5.4±3.6kg(12±8파운드)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
