Claims (3)
- 하판 코일에서 공급되는 하판을 소정형상으로 성형한 다음 하판의 상면에 접착제를 도포하여 수평으로 이송하는 공정과, 수평 이송되는 하판의 상면에 글라스울보드를 연속으로 공급하는 공정과, 수평상태의 글라스울보드의 직상방에서 일정간격으로 액상의 난연성 유기물 분사노즐을 통해 글라스울보드의 내부로 압축 분사 주입시키는 공정과, 제조라인의 상방에 위치한 상판 코일에서 공급되는 상판을 소정형상으로 성형한 다음, 상판의 하면에 접착제를 도포하여 수평으로 이송하는 공정과, 상기 상판과 하판 사이에 글라스울보드를 삽입한 채 가열 상태로 가압적충하는 공정과, 적충된 글라스울패널을 소정크기로 절단하는 공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축구조용 글라스울패널의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글라스울보드의 연속공급공정에서 공급되는 글라스울보드를 일정간격으로 미리 원형이나 타원형으로 자동 타공하여 두고, 이 타공된 부분에 상기 난연성 유기물을 압축 분사 주입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축구조용 글라스울패널의 제조방법.
- 철판 등으로 구성되는 상하 2장의 외판 및 글라스울 섬유로 이루어지며 상기 2장의 외판의 사이에 배치된 중간 부재를 포함하는 건축구조용 글라스울패널에 있어서, 하나의 원판의 내면에서 다른 원판의 내면까지 상기 중간부재를 두께방향으로 관통하여 설치된 다수의 보강심재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스울패널.
