Claims (4)
- 0.1%~0.3%C 저탄소강의 전기로 산화정련에 있어서, 스크랩이 완전용해된 용락상태에서의 모재용강은 중량%로 C:0.2 내지 0.60%, Si 0.001 내지 0.050%, Mn : 0.01 내지 0.20%, P:0.001 내지 0.020%, S:0.010 내지 0.050%, Cr:0.010 내지 0.060%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 성분범위에 있으며, 상기 완전용해된 용락상태에서 출강탄소량[C%]에 대한 용락탄소량[C%]의 비를 2.0~3.0으로 하고 산화정련초, 중기에 산소취입속도를 25~35Nm3/min으로 하고 산화정련말기에는 산소취입과 가탄에 의하여 탈탄속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탄소강의 산화정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈탄작업의 완료후 산화정련 말기에 출강탄소량에 대한 용강의 탄소량의 비를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 톡징으로 하는 저탄소강의 산화정련방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화정련말기에는 출강 탄소량에 대한 용강의 탄소량의 비는 0.6~1.0의 범위내로 제어하고, 산화정련후(출강전)의 자유산소량을 100~200ppm의 협폭범위내로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탄소강의 산화정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화정련 초, 중기에서 산소취입속도의 조절은 복수의 산소랜스 사용에 의하여 이행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탄소강의 산화정련방법.
