Claims (3)
- 케이스(22)내에 형성된 실린더실(23)의 내부에 방사방형으로 부드럽게 움직이는 복수의 베인(29,29)을 구비한 로터((27)를 회전이 자유자재하게 배치되어 설치한 회전베인형 유체압기기에 있어서, 상기한 실린더실(23)이 타원형상을 하고 있고, 그 타원의 장축방향의 양단부와 로터(27)와의 사이로 상기한 로터(27)의 회전에 의하여 흡입포트(33)로부터 기체를 흡입하고, 베인(29,29)에 의하여 압축하여 토출포트(38)로 토출하는 압축실(30)과, 시일액을 흡액포트(35)로부터 흡입하고, 베인(29,29)에 의하여 가압하여 토출포트(42)로부터 회전미끄럼부로 향해서 토출하는 펌프실(31)로 구획되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전베인형 유체압기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 로터(27)가 실린더실(23)내에 있어서의 펌프실(31)측에 한쪽으로 치우친 위치로 설치되므로서, 그 펌프실(31)의 용적이 압축실(30)의 용적보다 작게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전베인형 유체압기기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 케이스(22)에 압축기체 속으로 혼입된 시일액을 분리하기 위한 필터 또는 냉각기를 1개 이상 함유하는 분리수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전베인형 유체압기기.
