Description
Claims (10)
- 방향족 카르복시산 및 지방족 디아민으로부터 형성된 부분적 결정질의 코폴리아미드로서, 상기 방향족 카르복시산은 테레프탈산 및 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산의 혼합물로서 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며 상기 혼합물에서 이소프탈산의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 혼합물의 40% 이하이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은 헥사메틸렌 디아민과 2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민과의 혼합물이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은 물 기준으로 헥사메틸렌 디아민 40% 이상을 함유하고, 상기 코폴리아미드는 280 내지 330℃ 범위의 융점을 갖는 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소프탈산과 2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 방향족 카르복시산과 지방족 디아민 총량의 15-35%인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 카르복시산은 테레프탈산인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 카르복시산은 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산의 혼합물인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 융점은 280-300℃ 범위인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 융점은 300℃ 이상인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서 코폴리아미드의 용융열은 17J/g 이상인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항의 코폴리아미드 및 충전제 5 내지 200 중량부로 구성되는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항의 코폴리아미드 및 안정제, 방염제, 연기 억제제, 가소제, 전도제, 대전방지제, 윤활제, 이형제, 성핵제, 염료, 안료, 충전제, 보강제, 미네랄, 강화제 및 다른 개질제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 첨가제로 구성되는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형품 형태인 코폴리아미드.
