Claims (4)
- SH타입의 표면파를 반사시키기 위한 2개의 대향하는 단면을 갖는 압전 기판과, 상기 압전기판상에 배치되어 있으며, 할당된 웨이트에 상응하는 각각의 크기를 갖는 복수개의 전극 핑거를 갖는 인터디지탈 트랜스듀서를 포함하며,상기 웨이팅이 실시된 인터디지탈 트랜스듀서의 주파수 특성은 2개의 메인 로브(main lobe)를 가지며,상기 웨이팅이 실시된 인터디지탈 트랜스듀서와 동일한 전극 핑거 쌍수 혹은 웨이팅이 실시된 인터디지탈 트랜스듀서와 동일한 2개의 대향 단면간의 거리에 의하여 결정되는 전극 핑거 쌍수를 갖는 가상의 정규형 인터디지탈 트랜스듀서의 주파수 특성의 메인 로브의 양측에 배치된 감쇠극의 주파수 위치에, 상기 2개의 메인 로브의 피크가 각각 거의 일치하도록, 상기 인터디지탈 트랜스듀서에 상기 웨이팅이 실시됨으로써 상기 가상의 정규형 인터디지탈 트랜스듀서의 감쇠극의 위치에 있어서 제 1, 제 2 타입의 공진 특성이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단면 반사형 표면파 공진자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 텔레비젼 수상기의 영상 중간 주파단에 있어서, 상기 영상 중간 주파단은 입력 및 출력을 가지며, 상기 공진자는 상기 입력으로부터 신호를 수신하고 상기 출력으로부터 신호를 공급하기 위해 접속되어 있으며,제 1 타입의 공진 특성이 상기 영상 중간 주파단의 인접 채널 영상 신호 주파수에 대응하고, 상기 제 1 타입의 공진 특성보다 높은 주파수를 나타내는 제 2 타입의 공진 특성이 상기 영상 중간 주파단의 인접채널 음성 신호 주파수에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면파 공진자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 웨이트가 교차폭 웨이팅법에 의하여 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면파 공진자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 웨이트가 전극 핑거 위드드로얼법에 의하여 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면파 공진자.
