Description
Claims (10)
- 제1기판 및 제2기판에 배향막을 도포한 후, 합착하여 액정셀을 형성하는 단계와, 상온에서 상기한 액정셀내로 액정을 주입하는 단계와, 액정이 주입된 상기한 액정셀을 가열한 후, 상온으로 천천히 낮추는 단계로 구성된 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 배향막이 폴리실록산 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1기판 및 제2기판에 배향막을 도포한 후, 상기한 제1기판 및 제2기판에 광을 조사하여 상기한 배향막에 프리틸트각 방향을 부여하는 단계와, 상기한 제1기판 및 제2기판을 합착하여 액정셀을 형성하는 단계와, 상온에서 상기한 액정셀내로 액정을 주입하는 단계와, 액정이 주입된 상기한 액정셀을 가열한 후, 상온으로 냉각시키는 단계로 구성된 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 배향막이 폴리실록산 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 자외선이 편광되지 않은 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1기판 및 제2기판에 배향막을 도포한 후, 합착하여 액정셀을 형성하는 단계와, 상온에서 상기한 액정셀내로 액정을 주입하는 단계와, 액정이 주입된 상기한 액정셀을 가열한 후, 상온으로 냉각시키는 단계와, 액정이 주입된 상기한 액정셀에 광을 조사하여 상기한 배향막에 프리틸트각 방향을 부여하는 단계로 구성된 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 배향막이 폴리실록산 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 자외선이 편광되지 않은 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 광이 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 광이 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 제조방법.
