Claims (9)
- (A) 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 5 내지 95중량부; (B) 비닐 방향족 중합체 1 내지 50 중량부; (C) 상기 성분(B) 100중량부에 대하여 유기 과산화물 0.001 내지 2중량부; (D) 상기 성분(B) 100중량부에 대하여 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물기를 갖는 반응성 단량체 0.01 내지 30중량부; (E)폴리아미드 수지 5 내지 95 중량부; 및 (F) 스티렌계 충격보강재 0 내지 40중량부; 로 이루어지는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조에 있어서, 상기 성분 (A)와 (F)를 배럴의 온도가 240~330℃이고 그 길이가 3~30 D 인 압출기의 제1영역에 투입시키는 단계; 및 상기 제1영역내의 성분들이 냉각되지 않은 상태에서 상기 성분(B), (C) 및 (D) 길이가 5∼30D인 압출기의 제2영역에 투입시키는 단계; 및 상기 제2영역내의 성분들이 냉각되지 않은 상태에서 상기 성분(E)를 길이가 5~30 D인 압출기의 제3영역에 투입시키는 단계; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지가 비닐 방향족 중합체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물기를 갖는 반응성 단량체가 무수말레인산, 말레인산, 무수이타곤산, 푸마린산, 아크릴산, 및 메타크릴산 에스테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 과산화물이 디이소프로필벤젠하이드로퍼록사이드, 디-t-부틸퍼옥사이드, p-에탄하이드로퍼록사이드, t-부틸큐밀퍼록사이드, 디큐밀퍼록사이드, 2, 5-디메틸, 2, 5-디(t-부틸퍼록시)헥산, 디-t-부틸디퍼록시프탈레이트, 숙신산퍼록사이드, t-부틸디퍼록시벤조에이트, t-부틸퍼록시말레익에시드, t-부틸퍼록시이소프로필카르보네이트, 메틸에틸케톤퍼록사이드, 사이크로헥사논퍼록사이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2영역에 투입시키는 단계가 주 압출기에 부착된 보조압출기에 의하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물인 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2영역에 투입되는 성분 (B), (C) 및 (D)가 상기 보조 압출기내에서 용융상태로 반응한 후에 주 압출기에 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 유리섬유, 카본섬유, 탈크, 실리카, 마이카, 알루미나 등의 기타 첨가제가 압출기의 상기 제3영역뒤에 연속된 제4영역을 통하여 투입되는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2영역내에서의 체류시간이 0.1 내지 10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따라 제조된 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
