Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 셀룰러 통신 시스템에서 자기 간섭(self interference)을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 셀룰러 통신 시스템에서의 자기 간섭이 감소될 필요가 있는 지를 결정하는 단계 ; 복수의 이동국들중에서, 서비스하는 기지국으로부터 선정된 거리 이상인 상기 복수의 이동국들의 서브 셋을 결정하는 단계 ; 및 상기 결정 단계에 근거하여, 자기 간섭을 감소시키기 위해 상기 복수의 이동국들의 서브셋에 대응하는 복수의 채널들의 서브셋에 대한 부호화 율을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서비스하는 기지국으로부터 선정된 거리 이상인 상기 복수의 l동국들의 서브셋을 결정하는 상기 단계는 상기 복수의 이동국들 내의 각각의 이동국이 핸드오프 상태에 있는 지를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 셀룰러 통신 시스템에서, 복수의 채널들에 대한 부호화 율을 조정하여 자기 간섭을 감소시키는 기지국에 있어서, 상기 복수의 채널들 각각의 링크 특성에 대한 데이터를 수신하고, 상기 셀룰러 통신 시스템에서의 자기 간섭이 상기 링크 특성에 기초하여 감소될 필요가 있는지를 결정하고, 복수의 이동국들중에서, 서비스하는 기지국으로부터 선정된 거리 이상인 상기 복수의 이동국들의 서브셋을 결정하는 제어기 ; 및 상기 제어기에 결합되어 있는 복수의 음성 부호화기를 포함하여, 상기 복수의 이동국들의 서브셋과 연관된 상기 복수의 채널들의 각각에 대해 상기 복수의 음성 부호화기의 부호화 율을 감소시킴으로써 자기 간섭을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기지국은 CDMA 셀룰러 통신 시스템의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기지국은 상기 복수의 채널들을 통해 복수의 이동국들에 통신하며, 상기 복수의 이동국들 각각은 상기 기지국의 상기 복수의 채널들 중에서 대응하는 채널에 대한 상기 복수의 음성 부호화기들 각각의 부호화 율과 동일한 부호화 율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 거리 결정은 연관된 이동국의 핸드오프 상태의 결정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 링크 관련 특성은 연관된 채널 상의 상기 기지국의 전송 레벨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 대응하는 복수의 채널들에 대한 복수의 부호화 율을 조정하여 자기 간섭을 감소시키는 디지털 셀룰러 통신 시스템에 있어서, 복수의 기지국들 ; 상기 기지국들과 통신하는 복수의 이동국들 ; 및 상기 복수이 이동국들을 상기 복수의 기지국들에 연결하기 위한 복수의 채널들 - 상기 복수의 채널들은 상기 복수의 기지국들에 의해 재 사용됨 -을 포함하되, 상기 복수의 기지국들 각각은 링크 특성에 대한 데이터를 수신하고, 상기 복수의 이동국들 내의 이동국들이 선정된 거리를 벗어나 있는 지를 결정하고, 상기 링크 특성 및 상기 거리 결정에 기초하여 복수의 채널들에 대한 부호화 율을 결정하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 셀룰러 통신 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 기지국들은 CDMA 스킴을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 셀룰러 통신 시스템.
