Claims (3)
- 적어도 1개의 접합면을 가지는 4개의 평탄부분사이에 교호로 배치된 4개의 곡면부분으로 이루어진 원주의 내면을 가진 도파관과, 상기 접합면과 접하는 하나의 평탄한 접합면을 가진 도전성 금속의 1/4파장위상판으로 이루어진 원편파발생기에 있어서, 상기 4개의 곡면부의 각각은 (a) 상기 4개의 평탄부중 인접한 2개의 평탄부의 각 가장자리상의 모든 점사이에서 계속해서 뻗어 있고, (b) 상이 인접한 2개의 평탄부 각각의 전체길이를 따라 뻗어 있으며, (c) 개방부를 가지지 않고 완전히 폐쇄되어 있고, 상기 4개의 평탄부의 각각은 상기 도파관의 임피이던스특성이 악화하지 않는 정도의 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 원편화발생기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성금속의 1/4파장위상판의 형상이, 접합면에서 멀어짐에 따라 도파관의 축심방향의 길이가 짧게 되는 사다리꼴형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 원편파발생기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성금속의 1/4파장위상판의 접합면쪽에 돌기형상보스를 구비하고, 도파관의 접합면에 상기 돌기형상보스에 대응하는 안내구멍(空) 또는 안내구멍(孔)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 원편파발생기.
