Claims (12)
- 다음식(1)(식중, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 H, -CH2SH, -CH2SCH2CH2SH,및로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, 단 R1, R2, R3 및 R4중 어느 하나가 H이면 다른 3개의 기중 적어도 1개는또는를 나타내고, R1, R2, R3 및 R4중 2개가 H이면, 다른 2개는 독립적으로및에서 선택되고, R1, R2, R3 및 R4중 3개 또는 전부가 동시에 H는 아님);(식중, m은 1∼3의 정수); 및(식중 n은 0∼3의 정수)중의 어느 하나로 표시된 4개 이상의 관능기를 지닌 폴리티올.
- 다음식(4),(5) 및 (6)(식중, A1, A2, A3 및 A4는 H, -CH2X, -CH2SCH2CH2X,및로 이루어진 군에서 독립적으로 선택되며; 단, A1, A2, A3 및 A4중 어느 하나가 H이면, 다른 3개의 기중 적어도 하나는또는이고, A1, A2, A3 및 A4중 2개가 H이면, 다른 2개는및에서 독립적으로 선택되고, A1, A2, A3 및 A4중 3개 또는 전부는 동시에 H는 아니며, X는 각각 OH기, 염소원자, 브롬원자, 요드원자, 메탄술포닐기, 벤젠술포닐기 또는 p-톨루엔술포닐기임);(식중, m은 1∼3의 정수, X는 상기와 동일)(식중 n은 0∼3의 정수, X는 상기와 동일)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물과 티오우레아를 반응시켜 이소티오우로늄염을 제조하는 공정, 얻어진 이소티오우로늄염을 염기로 가수분해하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 4개이상의 관능기를 지닌 폴리티올의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 4개이상의 관능기를 지니는 폴리티올과 폴리이소시아네이트화합물과, 폴리이소티오시아네이트화합물 및 이소시아네이토기함유폴리이소티오시아네이트화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계수지조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리티올에 대한 이소시아네이트의 혼합비는, 관능기의 몰비(NCO+NCS)/SH로 0.5∼3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계수지조성물.
- 제3항의 조성물을 가열경화시키는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 황하뮤우레탄계수지의 제조방법.
- 제5항의 방법에 의해 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄게수지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리티올에 대한 이소시아네이트의 혼합비는, 관능기의 몰비(NC0+NCS)/SH로 0.5∼3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계수지의 제조방법.
- 제7항의 방법에 의해 얻어진 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계수지.
- 제3항의 조성물을 금형에서 중합하는 공정과, 금형에서 성형물을 이형시키는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제9항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리티올에 대한 이소시아네이트의 혼합비는, 관능기의 몰비(NCO+NCS)/SH로 0.5∼3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제11항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈.
