Description
Claims (13)
- (a) 성형 금형을 수성 고무 라텍스 혼합물중에 침지시켜 금형상에서 고무의 연속 필름을 형성시키고; (b) 고무 필름을 금형상에서 건조 및 경화시킨 다음; (c) 건조 및 경화된 고무 필름을 금형으로부터 분리시키는 단계를 포함하며, 여기에서, 수성고무 라텍스 혼합물은 천연 고무 라텍스와 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스의 혼합물이며, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스는 천연 고무 라텍스 100중량부당 약 1 내지 약 25중량부(고체 기준)의 비율로 사용되고, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체는 50중량% 이상의 중합된 스티렌을 함유하며 나머지는 중합된 부타디엔임을 특징으로 하여, 고무 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체가 약 75 내지 약 85중량%의 중합된 스티렌을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스테렌-부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스가 천연 고무 라텍스 100중량부당 약 10 내지 약 20중량부(고체기준)의 비율로 사용되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스가 천연 고무 라텍스 100중량부당 약 10 내지 약 20중량부(고체 기준)의 비율로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무 제품이 예방용 콘돔인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무 제품이 내과 또는 외과용 글러브인 방법.
- (정정) 경화된 천연 고무 및 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체를 포함하며, 여기서 스티렘-부타디엔 공중합체는 50중량% 이상의 중합된 스티렌을 함유하고 나머지는 중합된 부타디엔이며, 상기 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체가 천연 고무 100중량부당 약 1내지 약 25 중량부 범위내의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 천연 고무 필름 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체가 약 75 내지 약 85중량%의 중합된 스티렌을 함유하는 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체가 천연 고무 100중량부당 약 10 내지 약 20 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체가 천연 고무 100중량부당 약 10 내지 약 20중량부의 양으로 존재하는 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 예방용 콘돔 형태인 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 내과 또는 외과용 글러브 형태인 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 골무 형태인 제품.
