Description
Claims (1)
- 그 내부에 실린더 및 물 재킷이 형성된 실린더 블록과; 개스킷을 사이에 두고 상기 실린더 블록에 고정되어 있으며, 또한 그 내부에는 물 재킷이 형성되어 있는 실린더 헤드와; 상기 실린더 헤드의 일측에 부착되어 있으며, 상기 실린더 헤드에 탑재되어 있는 캠축에 의하여 구동되어 냉각수를 순환시키는 물 펌프; 및 상기 순환되는 냉각수의 온도가 소정의 온도 이하이면 닫혀서 냉각수가 라디에이터로 흐르지 못하게 하고, 냉각수의 온도가 소정의 온도 이상이면 점차로 열리기 시작하여 엔진의 정상 가동 온동에서는 완전히 열리는 수온조절기를 구비하는 내연기관의 냉각장치에 있어서, 상기 수온 조절기는 상기 물 펌프의 축과 수평 평행하게 상기 실린더 헤드에 부착되며, 상기 실린더 블록의 물재킷의 냉각수 출구와 상기 수온조절기의 냉각수 입구가 냉각수 온도에 따라 선택적으로 연통되고, 상기 물펌프는 상기 실린더 헤드에 부착되며, 상기 물펌프의 냉각수입구와 상기 수온조절기의 냉각수 출구와 직접 연통되며, 상기 물펌프의 냉각수 출구가 상기 실린더 헤드에 형성된 상기 물재킷의 냉각수 입구와 직접 연통되도록 이루어져서, 상기 냉각수가, 상기 물펌프 작동에 의하여, 상기 물펌프에서 멀리 떨어진 상기 실린더 헤드의 일단부를 거쳐, 상기 실린더 헤드와 대응하는 상기 실린더 블록의 일단부로 하강한 후, 상기 물펌프에 인접하는 상기 실린더 블록의 타단부로 유동하여, 상기 실린더 블록의 타단부와 대응하는 상기 실린더헤드의 타단부로 상향 유동한 후, 상기 수온 조절기를 통하여 상기 물펌프로 복귀하는 방식으로 순환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 냉각장치.
