Description
Claims (7)
- 펌핑 전류가 일정한 값이 되도록 A/F 센서를 동작시키고 그때의 펌핑 전압을 측정하는 단계; 상기 측정된 펌핑 전압값을 소정의 기준값 및 상한값과 비교하는 단계; 상기 펌핑 전압값이 상기 기준값을 초과하고 상기 상한값 이하이면, 해당 A/F 센서를 보정하는 단계; 및 상기 펌핑 전압값이 상기 상한값을 초과하면, 해당 A/F 센서를 고장으로 진단하는 단계; 를 포함한 것을 그 특징으로 하는 A/F 센서의 자기진단 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고장으로 진단하는 단계에서, 고장의 표시, 경보음의 발생 및 경보 등의 점등 중에서 적어도 어느 하나가 수행되는 것을 그 특징으로 하는 A/F 센서의 자기진단 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A/F 센서를 보정하는 단계는, 펌핑 전류를 상대적으로 크게 함으로써 수행되는 것을 그 특징으로 하는 A/F 센서의 자기진단 방법.
- 일정한 펌핑 전류로써 동작중인 A/F 센서의 펌핑 전압을 측정하는 측정수단; 및 상기 측정된 펌핑 전압값을 소정의 기준값 및 상한값과 비교하여, 해당 A/F센서의 열화 상태를 진단하는 비교 처리수단; 을 포함한 것을 그 특징으로 하는 A/F 센서의 자기진단 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비교 처리수단은, 소정의 자기진단 알고리즘이 내장된 마이크로컴퓨터인 것을 그 특징으로 하는 A/F 센서의 자기진단 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 측정된 전압값이 상기 상한값을 초과하면 불량으로 표시하는 표시부, 경보음 발생부, 및 경보등 점등부 중에서 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함한 것을 그 특징으로 하는 A/F 센서의 자기진단 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기준값 및 상한값과 관련된 데이터를 저장하는 데이터 메모리를 더 포함한 것을 그 특징으로 하는 A/F 센서의 자기진단 장치.
