Claims (3)
- 고무량을 100으로 할 때 부틸고무는 50% 이상이고, EPDM 또는 EVA는 50% 이하로 혼합된 고분자 고무재료를 주원료로 하며, 여기에 운모 40∼50phr, 황산바륨 50∼70phr, 도전성카본 20∼30phr, 아연분말 25∼45phr, 산화철 30∼50phr, 산화티탄 10∼15phr, 알루미늄분말 5∼15phr, 산화마그네슘 5∼10phr, 연백 20∼40phr, 리사지(일산화납) 50∼70phr을 믹서기로 혼련하여 비중이 2.0∼3.5가 되도록 배합하여 얻은 미기황 댐핑러버 시이트와;폐섬유질로 된 부직포에 아스팔트를 함침시켜 다공질 시이트로 된 부직포 시이트와;를 가압접합하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 방음재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미가황 댐핑러버 시이트의 두께는 0.5∼3.0mm이고, 상기 부직포 시이트의 두께는 3.0∼30.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 방음재.
- 고무량을 100으로 할 때 부틸고무는 50% 이상, EPDM 또는 EVA는 50% 이하로 혼합된 고분자 고무재료를 주원료로 하며, 여기에 운모 40∼50phr, 황산바륨 50∼70phr, 도전성카본 20∼30phr, 아연분말 25∼45phr, 산화철 30∼50phr, 산화티탄 10∼15phr, 알루미늄분말 5∼15phr, 산화마그네슘 5∼10phr, 연백 20∼40phr, 리사지(일산화납) 50∼70phr을 첨가한 다음 믹서기로 혼련하여 비중이 2.0∼3.5가 되도록 배합하여서 되는 미가황 댐핑러버 시이트의 제조공정과;폐섬유질로 된 부직포에 아스팔트를 함침시킨 다공질 시이트로 되는 부직포 시이트의 제조공정과; 및상기 미가황 댐핑러버 시이트와 상기 부직포 시이트를 압연기를 이용하여 이중구조로 접합하는 접합공정과;로 방음재를 제조하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 건축용 방음재의 제조방법.
