Claims (9)
- 개폐가능한 자동체를 개폐시키는 모터와, 상기 모터를 선택적으로 구동 또는 정지시키는 모터구동수단과, 상기 모터의 기동보상기간내에 상기 모터에 흐르는 전류치를 측정하는 전류측정수단과, 상기 전류측정수단으로 측정된 전류치의 일정기간마다의 증가분을 검출하는 전류치 변동검출수단과, 검출한 전류치 증가분의 극성에 따라 상기 모터의 구동을 속행시키는 제1제어신호, 또는 상기 모터의 구동을 즉시 정지시키는 제2제어신호를, 상기 모터구동수단에 공급하는 모터제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량탑재용 모터구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터제어수단은, 소정 시간의 경과 후에 검출한 전류치 증가분의 극성이 -이면, 상기 모터의 구동을 속행시키는 제1제어신호를 발생하고, 검출한 전류치 증가분의 극성이 + 또는 0이면 상기 모터의 구동을 즉시 정지시키는 제2제어신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량탑재용 모터구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전류치 변동검출수단은, 상기 모터에 흐르는 전류치를 전압으로 변환하여 독해하고, 독해한 전압을 미분하여 전류치 증가분을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량탑재용 모터구동장치.
- 회전방향에 따라 가동체를 상승 또는 하강시키는 모터와, 상기 모터의 회전방향을 각각 지정하는 2개의 변환스위치와, 상기 모터의 회전방향별로 설치한 1쌍의 스위치와, 상기 스위치의 조작에 의하여 상기 모터를 회전상태로 자기유지시키는 회전방향별 2개의 회전자기유지회로와, 상기 2개의 회전자기유지회로에 결합되며 상기 모터의 회전시에 온상태로 구동되는 스위칭소자를 포함하여, 래치캔슬스위치의 조작시, 상기 스위칭소자를 오프상태로 하며, 상기 회전자기유지회로의 자기유지상태를 해제시키는 래치캔슬회로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량탑재용 모터구동장치.
- 회전방향에 따라 가동체를 상승 또는 하강시키는 모터와, 상기 모터의 회전방향을 각각 지정하는 2개의 변환스위치와, 상기 모터의 회전방향별로 설치된 1쌍의 스위치와, 상기 스위치의 조작에 의하여 상기 모터의 회전을 자기유지시키는 2개의 회전자기유지회로와, 상기 2개의 회전자기유지회로에 결합되며 상기 모터의 회전시에 온상태로 구동되는 스위칭소자를 포함하여, 상기 스위칭소자의 오프시, 상기 회전자기유지회로의 자기유지상태를 해제시키는 래치캔슬회로와, 상기 모터의 단자전압의 변화를 검지하는 전압검지회로와, 상기 전압검지회로의 검출출력에 응답하여 상기 스위칭소자를 고속도로 오프시키는 제2스위칭소자를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량탑재용 모터구동장치.
- 제4항 또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 회전자기유지회로는, 상기 스위치에 직렬접속된 릴레이와, 상기 모터와 전원간의 접속된 상기 릴레이의 접점과, 상기 릴레이와 상기 모터 사이에 접속된 스위칭소자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량탑재용 모터구동장치.
- 제4항 또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 래치캔슬회로는, 상기 스위칭소자의 제어회로내에 설치된 전하축적회로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워윈도우용 모터구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전압검지회로는, 상기 모터의 적어도 한쪽 단자에 생기는 과도적인 +전압을 검출하고, 상기 제2스위칭소자에 공급하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 파워윈도우용 모터구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2스위칭소자는, 상기 래치캔슬회로에 있어서의 상기 스우칭소자의 제어회로내에 설치된 전하축적회로에 접속되어 그 온시에 상기 전하축적회로를 즉시 방전시키고, 상기 스위칭소자를 고속도로 오프시키는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 파워윈도우용 모터구동장치.
